Not one of my favorite experiences with Chipotle of late. Stopped in for a burrito on my way home and while the food was delicious as always the girl serving my rice and beans seemed more interested and talking to her friend who was cooking than actually interacting with customers and making burritos. Beans and bean juice sloshed lazily across most of the tortilla, no care was taken and she did it to the couple in line behind me too. The ironic part is that myself and the couple behind me had arrived at a bit of a Lowell and she would have had a bit of a break after them because there were no other customers in line. Also, adding insult to injury I paid for a soda. Apparently its common practice at this Chipotle for people to ask for "water cups" (normally a transparent plastic cup) and receive small normal drink cups which they then take to the drink machine and fill with whatever beverage they like. The two high school kids in front of me were so nonchalant as they filled up on Sprite and Coca Cola that I can only assume theyve done it countless times previously. As I sat eating my burrito I watched the drink machine and saw quite a number of these small cups come through. I dont have the advantage of knowing for sure that they asked for water cups but I know that the two in front of me did.

As a Health Coach, Im very slow to give into the temptations of convenience food. Chipotle offers a transparent dining experience. You can have your burrito more or less the way you want it. For me that means no rice, no wrap, both types beans, meat, lots of salsa, sour cream and a dollop of guacamole. Easy & fast, healthy enough, and if I save half for later I dont feel bloated afterwords. All for the right price. The line moves fast at the North Andover location. See me there once or twice a month.

Lets just say that for an 8.00 plate you are not getting what you paid for. Barely any rice salty meat and so much sour cream. It seems this place has been doing this for quite a while now. I believe that if I want to spend more money for good food I will be going to Qdoba you get what you pay for with them. A veggie plate should come with guacamole the two times I have ordered veggie bowl no guacamole what a disappointment.

The line was quick in the parking lot was pretty easy to parking. However I did not appreciate the sloppy quality in which my burrito is wrapped in. So for this reason they get 2 Stars from me. I had to literally pick pieces of my burrito out of the bag. That is no bueno! The aluminum that they used to write my burrito was not big enough to wrap around the whole burrito and therefore my burrito fell apart inside the bag.

WOW!! I cant believe these people cant get an order right! TWICE I ordered a bowl with chicken and a few other things and one time I got beef with other things I didnt order and the second time I got chicken mixed in with beef and pork! What the hell!! Totally unacceptable! I dont eat beef or pork so I am never ever going to order from this place again. And wouldnt recommend it to anyone either!

I feel very bad for the people who think this is a good place for a Mexican style burrito. Note to self, "Spend the extra 5 minutes drive and go to Tacos Lupita". Not only with they make a more tastier and properly proportioned burrito but it will cost close to half the price.

Terrible service. One employee was so incredibly rude to peers and I that they neglected my concerns of online ordering when the store was "closed". Never coming here again and I would recommend going to the Subway down the road!
