I will never go back to this Burger King. Not even if Im starving. I love Burger King. Its the staff at this place that has made my 3 experiences there horrific. They are unprofessional to say the least. The entire time youre ordering they are discussing the days drama with their girlfriends, cursing and "huh?"-ing you while you try to speak. The girl taking my order the last time I went, was wearing her filthy half fingered gloves that she had worn outside on her smoke break (a second prior), proceeded to take my money, then scoop my french fries and pat them down with her glove. Disgusting. 3/3 times I have been, my order has been wrong. Having limited time on my work lunch break, I have not complained. Every time I have been there, I have found myself in line next to a guy in a business suit, and we just stare at each other in awe and disgust. I never write reviews, but this place has pushed me to it. Be warned! Im not going back. Why not spend an extra dollar and walk two more feet to Panera next door? Youll thank me.

Food is okay. My chicken nuggets were a little hard. The frappes are poorly made. Hot dogs look like they came out of the dumpster. Customer service sucks. I visited today around 2pm and the girl taking my order didnt say a thing. She just awkwardly looked at me and took my order. Always some attitude with the workers there. Cant even get a smile or something from them.

Just purchased 2 hot dogs and $10 for 2 value menu, services seem very nice, got home, opened up the 2 hot dogs, one have pieces of curly hair in between the bun and hot dogs, you be the judges, is that intentional or not!. But all my kids food I have thrown in the trash can. This is the failure of all American Fast Food Chain they dont know who the hiring.

The service here is always good and the staff is very friendly. Recent renovations in the past few years make for a comfortable eat-in experience. My one peeve is that they almost never have the latest promotion in stock for the kids meals, although my kids are getting older and are starting to order less off that menu.

Dont just check your order when you go through the drive thru, check your change. You might not get the right amount back. And after you check your change, check your food -- even if it is the right order, odds are good its old, cold or just unusually bad for standardized fast food. Thats their way at NA Burger King

Didnt honor my Jimmy fund gift card for 20 bucks..... says I need to mail it in.... funny thing is the big wigs r here sitting next to me and theyre the assclowns that said I need to mail it in.... funny thing about the mailing in is only when u win a 2nd chance prize.... what a joke this place is 2 thumbs way down

The long haired amigo made my visit to this establishment 100% better. Seeing a smiley face behind the counter made me realize that its actual humans serving the food and not cyborgs. In my personal opinion, this is a victory for mankind. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service -- staff is always kind and quick with your food. Food comes out hot and delicious. Staff calls your number and meets you halfway, carrying your tray to you to make sure you get it in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Food is good, service is terribly mediocre. I would rather have some of the front end cashiers replaced by vending machines. Otherwise, it seems like everyone else works hard. Its also relatively clean.
