While my previous three visits to this location were fine, tonight I ordered two burgers at around 9 PM. The fries taste like they were cooked in very used oil - not a big deal, I dont go here for the fries anyway. The burgers, however, were totally wrong. Not only were the temps off (and whats up with all this "kinda pink, pink, or no pink?" crap? Ill say every time that I want it medium / well done. The main problem with these burgers was that they were obviously cooked on a dirty grill (they tasted like burnt ASS), they forgot the sauce I ordered with mine, and to top it off they put the medium patty in the wrong burger. To make matters worse, we were behind a few guys who came out of the neighboring Longhorn Steakhouse while driving into the lot. When we got to the door, the server/hostess was chatting away with these guys while the door was locked early (theyre supposed to close at 10. Not very professional). They glanced at me knocking on the window attempting to get my order, but decided it was best to ignore me entirely. The only reason I made it inside was because someone else eventually left the building. "Were closed" she said when we came in. "I called in - thats why I was saying that and making a phone hand signal at you" "Oh! We were like, wondering why this guy is here." "Yeah, we saw you just watching us." When we made it to the bar to get our order, the floor was so sticky I thought my shoes were glued to the floor by the time I had signed the receipt. Seriously, WTF? Go get a mop you lazy people. Im not exaggerating, the floor looked like someone had a supersoaker fight with beer and soda. Id call in and complain, but its really not worth the time. I might go back someday, but not for a good while.

Red Robin Ummm? I think not. Ive given this place three tries. All at the Wareham location. While the food is good the service at this location is terrible. We came in for a late lunch around 1:30 waited 10 minutes for a table is a restaurant with many open seats. All three times weve gone to RR weve gotten placed in the center of the restaurant with the same horrible waitress "Sherrie". Wed complained about her to the manager twice before because she forgets youre there, gets your order wrong, forgets food, etc. This time she was fine but the kitchen was horrible. On this occasion Sherrie let us know the kitchen was backed up and it was going to be a while. She walked away and the table next to us rolled their eyes saying the service is terrible. Theyd been waiting a half and hour for drinks. Great I thought. Within minutes we had drinks and were waiting for our entrees. After 20 minutes our daughters food arrived. Chicken on a stick and overcooked broccoli. She was staving and woofed it down. We still hadnt received our meals. I looked in the kitchen and noticed there was only 1 cook on for the whole place! 15 minutes later we get our meals but no fries.. Sherrie apologies and says the fries will be out soon. We finish our burgers and still no fries. 5 minutes go by and Sherrie brings out 1 very small order of fries. We had each ordered fries with or meals. So much for the bottomless fries huh? Sherrie explained it would be a while if we wanted more wed have to wait. We had to go so I asked for the bill. When it came they charged us full price for both meals! Really?

Waitress was inattentive. .... asked if when I sent back a Blue Moon beer for being flat....she actually thought a new glass was gonna solve the issue. Felt like I was James Come waiting to be fired by Trump! I always used to like going to Red Robin.......Manager tried to remedy situation. .....I couldnt even think about enjoying the burger....which I am gonna give it to my stepson to eat. I just wanted to celebrate my stepsons bday...... u blew it big time.......customers is right ....but in this case management sided with the ineptness of the waitress. Sorry to be so seething. .....but I waited all day to eat here to have my hopes dashed! Sorry would have given 0 stars but it wouldnt let me post it.....thanks for the insult. ....now would rather eat dried out chicken tenders from Walmart!

The food is pretty good... When it gets to you! The service here can be pretty slow, even when theyre not busy. The staff can be pretty unprofessional sometimes, as well. all of that aside, the prices are good and the food is even better! I love their monster milkshakes, and the bottomless steakfries are absolutely wonderful. I always get a ton of fries to go and eat them the next day. Overall, I like Red Robin and would recommend it to a friend if they dont mind waiting a little while for their food.

Small portions and food is overpriced. Items included in my meal were left out when I picked it up. My girlfriend also found a hair in her chicken, which became the icing on the cake. Avoid this chain, they obviously dont care. Theres better places around anyways, support local.

Pretty shocking trip, the waitstaff was rude and the service slow. My table was barely cleaned and half the employees looked stoned. As if to really rub it in my face, i saw a cook smoking a pipe in her car with what appeared to be a manager! Needless to say I wont be returning.

I dont know what these other people are saying. There was no wait, we got our food quick. Food was good and service was great. You could tell they were short staffed but it didnt affect anything. There was a wait when we were leaving but it wasnt to bad.

Very disappointed. Used to be a great place for my kids but the menu is no longer kid friendly and the dessert selection is terrible for kids. Its not a very family friendly place if your kids are younger than 12 anymore.

First time at the Wareham Crossing Red Robin. Our Waitress, Melanie, was very good. We enjoyed the short stack of onion rings and both or our burgers were cooked perfectly. We will be back, I hear the salads are good too.

Food is great. Hot when it is served to you. Waiters were attentive but not intrusive. Only complaint is the noise level. Very loud, especially if there are kids around. It can be very echoing with the high ceiling.

Not the cleanest of place, been going a little down hill. Staff didnt not come around as much as Id like. Usually sat with an empty glass but they were nice and polite. Other locations are much nicer and cleaner

Second time here ...usually like rare burgers but here you are better with what they call no pink. Truffle sticks for desert...and small size drinks they are bottomless...service has been great so far.

Staff was much more helpful and pleasant to interact with than I have come to expect from a nationwide chain. The manager went out of her way to interact positively with the waitstaff and customers.

Marc the bartender is a true Massachusetts native. Cool guy. Wish he worked overtime. Sports on the TVs. No Golden Monkey beer but 1 Belgin beer. Ordered a nice Marco Polo. Delicious

Waitress was great. Food is terrific if you want a burger. Been there 6 times and not disappointed with anything except for a pasta dish I ordered. Burgers and drinks were terrific!
