I am not really one to usually complain however this has to be one of the worst Burger King experiences I have ever had the burger taste like it sat there all day and it was so dry and stale. I got a rodeo cheeseburger and I asked for mayonnaise on it there was none. I can deal with that however there was no cheese either. I ordered also the Cheetos mac and cheese bites and they were decent overall just disgusting experience to top it all off it took way too long and I went to the drive-thru. I have been to this one before and it was much better maybe they were short-handed who knows however fast food these days is pretty expensive and I feel so angry and jipped when I get poor quality food. I know after all it is fast food and I guess I really shouldnt expect much. Its not only Burger King either its McDonalds Wendys you name it sorry to rant but I feel like this is happened one too many times to me

Avoid this place! The cashier told me twice she will take my order shortly, but never got to me. She was busy filling the drive-thru order (2 cars only) and the only other employee was in the back just waiting for orders. I was the only person inside the entire restaurant. How is that even possible in a BK on a busy street? After 20-25 minutes wait, I started to walk out and then she said she will take my order. I declined and went elsewhere. I wouldnt be surprise if they close down within the year.

They screw up the order, theyre slow, theyre not polite, they lock the door when theyre supposed to be open, and theyre consistent about all of this. I just got two whoppers at the drive through and both came pickles, onions and tons of mayo. No lettuce, tomato or ketchup. No napkins or straw in my bag either, and they were not busy.

I GO TO BK SEVERAL TIMES A MONTH THE HANOVER MA STORE I GO TO BK AT SAT 7 AM AND DOORS ARE LOCKED HOURS SAY ITS OPEN 6AM THEY ARE ALWAYS LATE AND DONT OPEN TO 7 AM I HAD TO GO TO THE PEMBROKE MA ONE AND THEY FORGOT THE HOME FRIES 2ND TIME FOR THIS LOCATION UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE

Probably the worst local Burger King. The employees are usually lazy, my mother bought chicken nuggets that were luke warm and burned, they said they would get new ones and ended up microwaving the old ones, burning them even more

Got order wrong...place was freezing... Almost as cold as out side... Heat obvs was broken.. Manager brought correct food wich was onion rings to table with bare hands no glove or tray...gross..

No outside trash containers, I guess you are supposed to just throw your trash right there in the parking lot. Food is fair. They need to get it together.
