Its beyond me how these companies spend so much money on building these concepts and then spend nothing on training and wonder why in 5 years they fail because customers stop returning!!! Ive been in the food service industry for 30+ years and hate to see any foodservice business fail but J&J will be there quick if they dont fix the total lack of management I was exposed to. There was 1 bartender, Amy, at 4:30pm and everyone at the bar was waiting 10 minutes to be served while no less than 8 employee and two managers had a chat fest, oblivious that they are suppose be serve the public! It was like the customers were a bother, as they all showed photos on there phones, OMG! I did complain to the Manager, who look at me like I was disturbing his conversation, the GM never followed up with me nor even approached me to field my concern. Also, I was not a jerk in my complaint to the first manager I spoke with, so there was no excuse for a manager not to follow up with me, shame on your management team! Then finally another girl stepped behind the bar at 5, but again the quests ware the least of her concerns. She was actually making & serving drinks with one hand as she drank a starbucks ice coffee the whole time, Great Staff Training Guys!!! Let alone, the group of 8 wait staff were all absorbed in their cell phones not their jobs! Again, Ive worked for some of the largest foodservice establishments in the country and if I was the regional manager for this location I would fire the GM at this location and retrain the entire staff! Good Luck and I wonder what will open next in this location when you close in 5 years!!

Absolutely awful I walked up to the bar with my wallet in my hands literally watched bartenders look at me and ignore me just to chat with their coworkers for 15 mins. place is a joke food is awful and what really pisses me off is Im a hard working man hard hat and boots every day and then looked at then ignored when I just want a beer after a hard days work. And FYI we built that building your half ass business is in. Just know the working man matters. So tell your employees to acknowledge that we built that building so enjoy it! And i will let everyone know how awful your service is. And maybe one day management will wakeup.

Waitress was attentive enough and very nice. We asked for new rolls for our burgers since they were soggy with grease from our fries (not burger blood, I would been OK with that). They took it upon themselves to reheat our burgers too. They came back out to the table so overdone it was inedible, and missing half the toppings (mine no longer had cheese on it). I dont send food back more than once since I worked in a kitchen for 15 years, so we left still hungry. Seems like the food would have been good if ours wasnt prepared so poorly.

Had the New Yorker tonight touted as tender. Couldnt chew it nevermind consume it. When asked how our meals were by our server my response was honest. Two of the three in our party ordered this meal and neither of us could eat half the sandwich. I was asked if I wanted anything else and I declined. I apologize to our server noting I knew it wasnt his fault. When the check arrived no consideration was offered for the poor quality of the meal however the check was paid in full plus 20% tip. Will take our business elsewhere.

Normally not a review person but I feel compelled to warn people. I got the Chipotle chicken ranch wrap. My God I swear Ive never had food poisoning this bad in my life. Its been almost 24 hrs and I still cant eat and I cant be more than 10 ft from the bathroom or a bucket. I dont know if it was the chicken, the lettuce, or the ranch. But I will never eat food there again. My friends like it there I have no idea why. The food is boring and bland and the bartenders are slow and rude.

I go here because my coworkers like it, the food is typical bar food not at all healthy. The beer selection is more domestic light beers. It also gets extremely loud particularly if theres a game on. This is a true sports bar and if you go out to see friends the million or so TVs are distracting. The outside space is awesome though and its heated so you can convince your friends to sit by the fire or on the couches and thats a better experience.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Sat at bar. Bartender Brian P. knocked my drink over. It spilled on my pants and jacket. A female server offered me napkins. He apologized with a smirk on his face. At no time did a manager come over to see if I was ok. Never offered to pay for dry cleaning or at the very least pay for the drink that they spilled on me. BAD customer service. Dont care about their patrons. Just our money. NEVER going back.

Wasnt sue about this place when I walked in; huge bar, TVs everywhere showing every sport ever invented... However, it was great. Our waiter was knowledgeable and seemed to love his job and had a lot of knowledge about the menu. Prices were ok, and the food was really good. Id definitely go back.

Great staff, awesome food, lively, friendly, many TVs, Sports atmosphere, outside patio seating, a great place to entertain guests. I highly recommend it. Above all, easy access from Route 20, Route 117 and Route 128/ Interstate 95. Have Fun, this place will bring it out in you all.

Pleasantly surprised with the menu and prices. Good food at fair prices. Staff was great. We went on a cold winter day but hope to go back in the warm weather to take advantage of outdoor seating. TVs indoors and out for keeping up with sports while socializing.

Great place&great atmosphere. Service is always quality. Good drinks and good food, although can be a little pricey but I guess thats what you get with how many tvs and a massive 4 panel projection screen. And the patio is super nice.

This place is the epitome of bland. Had the catfish Rubin and it had no flavor at all, to the point that Im impressed with how truly bland and flavorless it was that it gets two stars instead of one.

Best after work sports bar in this area. They have decent choices of beer and wine. Food is little bit of expensive side but worth it. Nice big screens and good ambiance

Lots of screens, good quality. Great environment for watching sports, with some drinks and snacks. Small food selection, but youll find something if youre hungry.

Food is crappy, typical beer selection with a couple of craft selections as well. Nothing special, but seems like a decent place to watch a sports game.
