Delicious lunch!!! This is another great addition to Wellesleys growing arsenal of restaurants. Im going to start off with the most important part: the food! We ordered a lot of stuff, and it was swiftly brought out to us on a variety of different platters (wooden blocks, small pans, etc.,) and everything tasted so yummy. There was a lot of natural light coming from the numerous windows that helped create a warm/pleasant atmosphere for the meal. Our server was courteous and friendly, and was able to give us great recommendations on which tapas to try out. Personally, I recommend the baked goat cheese w/honey & roasted almonds, the classic paella, manchego cheese platter, sliders, and the mussels. I really dont have anything to complain about. Their HUGE selection of tapas is enough to satisfy anybody... Bocado is a winner!

NOT for parties. We had 15 people and asked for all tapas to be on the table when we arrive, so we could just enjoy the conversation. We had to constantly remind 2 waiters to bring a new one, and hurry them up all the time, no food was on the table when we arrive. Portions are extremely small for food for 6 (it is more for 3, but they charge for 6), NO, absolutely no wine, other than Spanish one and it is outrageously expensive. Vodka and Whiskey are only from the bar, and no Jameson or Absolute. The place is extremely packed, noisy and there is only 1 washroom for 1 male at a time. No free parking, only on meters. Food (tiny portions) is tasty, have to admit.

Ive been to Bocado several times and have gotten consistently great food and great service. I love the fried avocado and shrimp salad. It is a must order. Its a fun place to go with a group of friends and try different items out together. Enjoy!
