I really wanted to like the food at this restaurant. I lived abroad for four years and two of those years were spent in London. The Indian food in London so obviously does not reflect real Indian food. with that being said, the food I was given was not edible. I looked up the highest ranking Indian food in the area. I am not a picky person and I have a very open mind when it comes to food but what I was given was not edible. All of the chicken in my meal was skin, eyeballs, or other inedible parts of the chicken. I wish all the best to this restaurant but I cant believe the food I was served.

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was very friendly. I had the lamb curry and it is highly recommendable. The establishment is relatively new so they made a fantastic effort to leave a good impression, and have done so. The only thing that bothered me was that the music was slightly inappropriate for a dining experience. It was too up-beat and hectic and made me feel a little rushed and stressed while eating. Not to mention it was also a little loud. Aside from that, excellent experience.

Awesome ambiance, great flavors and presentation of food. A biiig fan This place has great light music. It has a very classy ambiance. The food is tasty. And i feel great seeing indian food plated and presented in a professional way. We got a very new flavour when we tried mango and mint paneer. A lot of vegetarian optiions. If you get a window seat on a summer evening you can see the garden just outside thriugh the low height windows.

I would give no star, if there was an option! The staff kept bringing the broom to the table everytime my 19 mo old dropped food on the floor! No one wants to eat with a broom in sight! There were a lot of empty tables but the staff kept rushing us every now and then asking or sometimes just taking the plates off the table.. And this has been our experience twice! Definitely not family friendly! Not going there again..

BEST INDIAN FOOD AROUND! :-) If you like Indian food, you have to try this place! The food was absolutely amazing, the ambiance is perfect and the hosts are so kind and hospitable. The Navratan korma was amazing and my husband loved the Bhoti Tandoori. I recommend this place beause the food is not only delicious (BEST IN THE AREA), but the people there are great too!

My husband and I went here and were really impressed. The atmosphere is nice and the prices are very reasonable. Try some naan, they have great flavors. The servers were friendly and the food was tasty. We even got to try some little milk dumplings with honey for dessert that neither of us had had before but were delicious. Well definitely be going back!

Delicious food and friendly service. We ordered delivery but their driver wasnt on, so they called us and ask if we could pick up instead and apologized profusely when I arrived. Even the parking lot smells delicious! Adorable bright yellow building with a class looking interior--looking forward to a sit-down meal there in the future.

We think that this is the best Indian food around, the small jewel in Bostons crown. We eat here as often as possible and especially love the corn soup, the shrimp with tamarind, and the chicken jalfrezi. I am unable to eat either gluten or dairy, but Jay and his chef always accommodate my dietary needs beautifully. Dont miss it!

After going to Chef Peppinos other restaurant, Da Vinci, I had to try Soul of India. Once again, a thoroughly good experience with delicious food that was impeccably plated and a very friendly staff. My favorite is the dry chili paneer appetizer--I wish it was an entree! The mango lassi here is delicious as well.

Have spent two evenings at this restaurant and the food was delicious. Best Indian food I have tasted in a long time. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place clean and tidy and I would have no problem recommending this place to anyone. Im off now to collect a take out...

The food used to be good like a year ago. We had a couple of takeouts from this place but food ends up so greasy and inspite of telling them each time we ordered the food remains the same. The indo-chinese food definitely needs some help it was quite tasteless or too sweet.

Had a lovely dinner here with a bunch of Brits. Fab food and lovely service thats very helpful but not in your face which I like. Seemed very popular with the take out crowd but it has a lovely, quiet atmosphere for dining in. Best curry Ive had in years.

This is a very good Indian restaurant in Sudbury. The food is consistently good, the owner is terrific, and the drinks are delicious! The space is small, but cozy. You cant go wrong with Soul of India - its a great choice for a night out in Sudbury.

Did a Saturday buffet. Price was reasonable and they had a good variety for the buffet, not over the top selection but a good balance. The chicken Tandori was very tender, usually it is kind of dry elsewhere but here it was spot on.

Quaint atmosphere and wonderful food define this authentic Indian restaurant. I checked it out because it was featured on the t.v.show "Phantom Gourmet," and it was worth the visit. I would definitely go back.

The food is decent, but not sure what the hype is. My gobi manchurian was on the sweeter side, which didnt go too well with the rice. They offered to redo it and make it more savory, so points for that.

This is the best Indian Restaurant in the Metro-West area! The food is consistently fresh and tasty, even their lunch buffets. Try onion pakoda, chicken tandoori, goat curry and chicken dum biryani.
