If you like Ribs, youll be all set. The other food, not so much. We ordered pretzels as an app. They were squished into the container and the cheese sauce wasnt completely melted, it was all lumpy. I got the double rack of ribs and paid an extra $2 to get the fried green tomatoes as a side. When they brought out my plate, I had only two...yes TWO...slices of tomato. They were mush inside and tasted like uncooked batter. We ordered the bag o donuts for dessert. They were partially soggy, and the cinnamon sugar they were supposed to be dusted in looked like it had been dumped on in some areas and completely sparse in others. On top of that, we had a gift card that they couldnt get to work. I had checked the balance before we arrived, but they kept insisting it was $0. The only saving graces were the ribs and the manager, Barbara...when she couldnt get the gift card to work, comped part of our meal as a compromise for their system not accepting the card. Order the ribs, and only french fries, and you might be ok.

Went here for the first time with my fiance and our four children. We got seated really fast but waited over an hour and fifteen minutes AFTER ordering. The waitress was very sweet and attentive and kept telling us that the kitchen was behind. Once we got our food, my Cuban sandwich was obviously kept under a warmer or something because the cheese was hardened, the sandwich was flat and the pulled pork around the edges was very dry. My loaded baked potato was not loaded, only had sour cream and it was undercooked. My five and six year old got the hamburgers, which were very rubbery and inedible. Plus, the serving sizes were very small. The manager then offered me free dessert... seriously?? My kids hadnt even eaten, so why would I want to get free cake. They ended up taking most of it off the bill, but the experience was terrible and we will never go there, or any smokey bones, ever again.

I am not too thrilled of this place. We started off with the Bones Pretzels with queso cheese sauce on the side. The pretzels were good, but the sauce is not queso at all. Just cheese. Almost tastes like the same cheese from the Handy Snacks cracker and cheese snack that I use eat in elementary school. Next, I ordered the BLT burger medium well and they gave it to me rare. My fries were room temperature to cold. My girlfriend also ordered the loaded BBQ burger and fries and there was an ant crawling on her plate. The manager came to us and apologized. She gave my girlfriend a new plate of food, free of charge. A half hour later, were both hitting the toilets hard, which isnt really a good sign. The atmosphere is nice. If you want to go to a place to hang out at the bar to drink and watch the game, this might be the place for you. But I suggest eating somewhere else.

Wow, if you are looking for real, authentic BBQ...RUN!!!!!! This place is in it to sell booze to guys. We walked in and were ignored at the front desk by 3 different staff members who were just wandering around. After being seated at a station with only about 3 tables, we were pretty much ignored. Finally ordered drinks and apps. The bar noise was pretty loud, which I dont mind, but why bother with the different TVs around the dining area? Appetizers came out...eh. Pub food at best. Ordered BBQ and another round. Did I mention all the waitresses (only saw one guy on staff) and bartenders dress like h**kers? BBQ Came out, might as well have opened the box marked "Frozen BBQ Ribs" myself and cooked them. This is the second time to the place over a few years, thought maybe they got better but its not about BBQ at this BBQ joint at all. So sad.

I dont know if the other reviewers were just here on a good day or I was there on a bad day. The food was sub-par in every way. The fries were soggy and tasteless, the ribs were dry, and the pulled pork was like sugar flavored pig. Even the drinks were all ice. On top of that, of their, 15 or so, "premium beers" only four were available. The only shining part of our experience was the staff. The greeter was extremely nice and friendly and the waitress, Francesca, went above and beyond. She was nice and sweet and understanding when the order was done wrong. This was my first restaurant experience in Stoughton. I really hope this isnt the norm for this town.

Smoked wings were awesome. Got the BLT burger which I ordered medium rare, but came out medium well, which is always disappointing. Also they use those tablet things on the tables which stream ads during your whole meal and then you can use it to pay. I despise those things. Our waitress was wonderful. Meals, drinks and extras we requested came quickly and she was attentive without being bothersome. The hostess was meh, she did her job with no issue, showing us to a booth and taking our drink order, but she was cold and indifferent. Id normally take off more than one star for the complaints I had, but those smoked wings were so good!

I had a lunch special burger that I ordered rare because places like this dont tend to actually give you burgers cooked to order when you get a red inside, but it came out really red and juicy. My love had the brisket sandwich which was good, although she had to ask for extra garlic mayo because the sandwich only had a small splash of it on one end. Supposedly youre supposed to get charged for the side of garlic mayo but we didnt, so that was at least cool. The service was SOO slow though. The 5 minute wait at the hostess stand should have been an indicator(even though the place was almost empty.)

Waiter Mike Mills is absolutely the best by far. His service is impeccable to say the least; whenever we come to Smokey Bon,es we absolutely have to be seated in his section. If you ever eat at SB it would be an injustice to sit anywhere else. He exemplifies customer service and 5 star hospitality. His attention to his customers empedes "going above and beyond". To Smokey Bones management, thanks for creating a fabulous experience through his service. And may I suggest that he heads a Customer Service course if you ever branch out your customer service in your company marketing.

We started off with a appetizer which was ok then we ordered the brown sugar wings and spicy garlic wings the garlic wings was so salty if we had eaten them we wouldve definitely had high blood pressure the food came out cold and our waiter named jackson never checked on us to see if we needed sauces he kinda disappeared on us and all he cared about was the table of 7 next to us.this was my 1st time at this restaurant and i will not be back food sucks..

Where do you want me to begin. I specifically asked for just butter with my baked potato. I got sour cream and butter. The potato was cold and not done. The smoked turkey was stone cold. The smoked brisket was good but could have been warmer. The only thing that was right was the baked beans. I have no complaints about the service. I will choose another smoke house next time.
