We went in on a Friday night (08/12/16) around 10 p.m. Surprisingly it was not as busy as the ones in NY are at the time. The host who greeted us was phenomenal. He was extremely polite, and had a lot of energy. This was refreshing after a long day of traveling. The atmosphere was quite louder than expected, considering how empty the restaurant part was. It was also not as clean as the ones around NY are. There was a nice seating area outside, which was much quieter, but it was way to warm to sit out there. We also were verbally attacked by an extremely intoxicated patron on the way up to the restaurant door. He also had punched my boyfriend in the arm as we walked by. I assume he had been kicked out of the restaurant for being belligerent, but was not being watched or escorted out as he left by management. Our waiter was fine. He definitely could use a little more of a social aspect, other than just to his friends that were seated around us. But still, he was at least polite. The food was exactly as order and prompt. The drink refills on the other hand were not. I asked for a refill half way through dinner, and did not receive said drink until we received our check. The staff we dealt with, especially the host, was 5 star service. Unfortunately the very loud atmosphere and cleanliness of the reaturant was not.

Awful experience wont ever come back. We checked in with a host which gave us a bad attitude when we stated we needed a highchair. Then our waitress would take our order and run off instead of asking if that was all we wanted. On top of it, the restaurant has poor children choice meals.. we ended up getting an appetizer that was awful for my child, wasnt even prepared right. I also ordered a small and medium order of wings... I got snack size wings instead that were dried to a crisp. The manager then came over with a beer in his hand as he downed another sip; so drinking on the job is okay?! We asked for the bill and I mentioned to the waitress that I received snack size orders so instead of switching the bill she decides to place another order. Finally got her to take off the charges as she then walks past our table and throws the receipt at us and takes off. Worst service Ive ever had in my life.

It was a mediocre evening on a mediocre Saturday when the disposition of a kind and caring server by the name of Kristin came over and changed my life forever. Her bright and chatty personality lit up the bar side of BWW with the kind of gentle glow you would expect from August sunset. Kristen is an exemplary woman, and it goes without saying that she deserves a hearty raise. Ofcourse Kristens exceptional work ethic is not scarce in this restaurant. Pat and Charles showed the same passion in such coordination you would beleive they had previously choreographed the evening for us. All in all the services provided to us have left everlasting impact on our memory of the quality found here in Massachusetts. Also the food in a later essay.

3 of us went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Brockton. It was personally my first time coming here & I am beyond disappointed. We ordered a buffalo chicken wrap & 20 wings. It took a little over an hour for our food to come out. When it did, a different waitress brought it out & it wasnt even our food! Our waitress was socializing the entire time & never asked how we wwere doing once. She spoke to us like we were friends, asking "so hows life?" When she clearly meant "how is everyone doing with their meal?" Then when we asked for our check, we waited another half hour while she was socializing AGAIN! I will never return to this location. I am totally disappointed.

I ordered my food to go at the bar during the 1st quarter of Thursday Night Football, and my food didnt get to is until AFTER halftime started (and thats only because we specifically had to ask the bartender what happened to our food). The food was cold, and they got my order wrong. I returned and spoke to the manager, and he said he would fix it and make me a new batch. 20 minutes later I get my food, take it home, and guess what? They got my order wrong AGAIN!! I came back for a 3rd round, and they promised to give me what I originally paid for. NEVER come to this location, its the worst restaurant Ive ever been to

Waitress did not ask that you want water did not leave napkins only interested in what you wanted to order. She clean the other table beside of and through the rag she cleaned with back on the table because I asked for some more napkins with another waitress after she seen that then she brings napkins. The wings were pretty good but we also ordered the hamburger that was buffalo wings brandand dry french fries, it was so dry so dry. I will not be going back. $61.78 I could have went across the street to Texas Roundhouse for much better service and excellent steaks .

I have come here about 5 times in the past month and every time Haas been a great experience. I usually sit at the bar and get exceptional service but today I decided to sit at a table and Arianna was my server and she was great!! Although the place wasnt extremely busy she seemed to have a few tables but had no problem getting to me and making sure my needs were met. She was very attentive and pleasant and like always I had a great time at buffalo wild wings!!

I just want to share my views about the customer service that was provided by April.I go with my family once or twice a week in Brockton, mass. I just want to say one word for April that is "WOW".Thanks April for making my family evening wonderful. .My 3 kids,parents and my wife love her.We spoke with general manager and told him about April. The general manager is the very nice too. Thanks For the wonderful evening.

The waitress was polite. She give use samples of sauces to taste, so we can gain clarity on the type sauce we want. However, I did not get any sauce because I ordered a southwestern veggie burger. I give the burger a three star because the edges or side were dry and over cook. Beside that the inside was well cook. Since the flavor were delivered everthing else was forgiving.

I was dining at BWW this afternoon with a bunch of classmates. The service was not pleasant at all. I wouldnt ever come back. Our server was rude and so was the manager. The food was cold when it FINALLY came out after 45 minutes of waiting. Very disappointed especially because of all l the hype that was surrounding this place. NOT GOOD AT ALL.

Service at this location is terrible. Staff is slow and inattentive. As bad as the service is, the wings are even worse. (Not to mention over priced) I have had good experiences at other locations, but this one continues to disappoint. Will not be returning.

The food and service is great! Great place for people that like to watch sports since there is approximately 50-TVs. There is a contest that consists of consuming 12-blazing wings within 6-minutes for a free T-Shirt.
