I usually go here because its the closest to me. The driver with the red Chevy blazer was odd to me. Kept talking about how much he liked my shirt, how good it looked on me, and asked me if I was using Facebook or texting on my personal phone. Thats personal things an employee shouldnt be asking a customer. I ordered online and it said my food would be ready by 723. I arrived at 725 just to realize they had no clue what I ordered. They said 5-10mins till my food would be ready. While waiting the driver asks me for a cigeratte. First of all you have a job go buy your own, second of all stop following around female customers, and lastly if you work there why are you watching videos on your phone GO MAKE OR GET MY FOOD! Thanks for the hour wait, free egg roll, and $1.36 taken off my bill. Atleast the new management tried to make up for their online system not working correctly after asking what my order was 4xs by 3 different employees. Never again, only place in town I feel creeped out around their employees.

As i hunted the local Manchester area for good chinese food i came across Ruby. Hopeful for a good meal me and my family placed an order. It only took 25 minutes from the call to delivery, and the driver was quite polite. That was the extent of the enjoyable part of my experience. The food i ordered-boneless spare ribs, sweet and sour chicken, and general tsos chicken-were all mediocre at best. Both chicken dishes were over fried. The sweet and sour chicken had dried out and turned yellow it was cooked so long, and the general tsos chicken was hard to chew. My dish was the boneless spare ribs. They were wet with a sauce of no notable flavor at all. The rice was nothing more than wet globs mixed sparsely with chopped chives, fatty pork bits, and onions. All in all this is the place to settle for if you are bound to a table inside, otherwise you should run to ANY other local eatery. Order delivery if you need someone to talk to, but toss the food.

My husband & I got the worst stomach ache ever within minutes of eating the Worst tasting Chinese food Ive ever had in my entire life. This was beyond horrible. The flavor of the chicken and broccoli meal was tasteless like the wonton soup- bland is the perfect word. we just moved into town and will remember to never eat from this place again!! One of the worst feelings is when your so hungry and order a lot of food that takes almost an hour to come than its all so horrible so you dont each much then get sick. They shouldve reimbursed me for the entire amount for what they put me through.

Orders Beef LoMein. A few minutes later realize I forgot to ask for no veggies since I cant eat Mushrooms... I called to see if its too late and if it could be fixed and I got a no woth attitude. I know I should have said it in the first place but some restaurants are understand and can help you out. Im not even worried for when my food will get here since I probably wont be able to eat it & will now be ordering something from elsewhere. Waste of money

This place has been a favorite of mine since I moved to Manchester 3 years ago. My familys favorites include: crab rangoons, boneless spare ribs, chicken and broccoli and cashew chicken. The service is great and food is always ready for pickup in 15 minutes or less. They even remember my order now when I call! I highly recommend!

Worst Chinese ever. I ordered lunch special chicken with mushrooms. First off they use canned mushrooms. When I received the order there were only THREE PIECES OF CHICKEN! And the pork fried rice isnt even fried, place is also really dirty. The first and LAST time Ill ever eat here. Gross!

Terrible. Order came and all my food was wrong and they forgot my drink. I called to have the food i didnt recieve refunded, but they fought me so I gave up. They have lost my business which is unfortunate as I used to order from here all the time. Too bad when the service ruins everything.
