Id say food wise its pretty good. Delivery-wise its sometimes past its expected delivery time. I ordered online a few min after they opened and used paypal to pay for it. Called when it was taking too long & said they didnt see my order. I was ready to try to get my money back but thet called and found it. Somehow the receipt read that I ordered at 7:05 am when that wasnt the case (I was asleep). I feel its better if I just go down to get it myself and theyre not far from me, just a couple street lights down.

I was one served chicken wings that were pink... guy claimed it was the barbeque sauce but the inside was pink. I order there a lot out of convenience its right around the block but thats coming to an end. They mess up my delivery orders often(wrong sizes, things I didnt order, items missing) just ordered and threw the pizza in the trash cuz it was a soggy mess. The people are rude, the food is decent...not great and its time to move on to another, farther pizza joint.

Spent $75 on food that was cold, not what was ordered and made 3 out of 5 people sick from the Alfredo sauce. When I called to fix the order it took an additional hour and a half to get the food. I called the next day to complain to management and his response was what do you want me to do you got food right? Not a professional way to conduct business. I will not be a repeat customer EVER!

Disgusting....Watched the cook eat his pizza and have it hang from his mouth directly over our food/ pizza was being made by him. We complained and it was denied being done by Mgr and employee. We denied paying. Had owner pull up video and we were right. They only said sorry it wont happen again. Never ever go there, absolutely disgusted.

I just ordered here and the fried dough with sugar and cinnamon was awful...the sugar looked as if its been sitting there for years it was rock hard it looked like like rocks or gravel. Im really upset with the quality of the food I ordered. But Ill admit I love there pizza and thats only thing Ill recommend to order from this place.

My friends and I always make Golden Pizza our last stop on our nightly outings into Springfield. We are always quite hungry and particularly enjoy the large Roast Beef grinders - they are "made with love". We are fortunate that management tolerates these dining experiences which we call "bulk sessions". Golden Pizza rules!

If I could give 0 stars I would. How can your restaurant be named Golden Pizza, but you cant make a decent pizza? I ordered a CHEESE pizza. If you can mess that up, just close the doors and turn off the lights.

They have lost their quality of service. Dont even bother stepping foot in this place and nevermind delivery. I ordered almost 50.00 in food 42.50 to be exact and it was literally thrown together.

This is the best place for pizza and subs in Hampden County. It will always be my first choice. 3 Topping party-size pizza is only $18,95! Small salad is enough to feed 3 people!! 10 stars!
