A really great place with fabulous ingredients for ice cream concotions--excellent service once youre there-very small inside with only a few little tables, which is probably enough anyways. The problem I have had is when I have called in the evening, I get a busy signal instead of an answering machine message. If I am out and have no access to a computer to check the store hours, which vary, I have no idea if its going to be open, closed , or iif the phone is simply out of order. I called another Cold Stone to ask for a little help, and they had no info of any kind . I finally called an operator who checked and said the phone was left off the hook. Not efficient. Answering machines are very inexpensive, and as a customer who doesnt want to travel 20 minutes each way with several kids and not have a delicious ice cream creation, I have to bring my friends, kids, and business elsewhere. I wish they would get an answering machine for under $20.00 and have it say "thank you for calling-were closed for the night and see you soon". Very efficient .

HORRIBLE! Do not order any special order cake from this location. My wife specifically went into THIS store to order a cake for our sons birthday, they took the order and on 5/3/2015 I went in to pick it up for them to say ohh we dont have this order. As I waited over 50 minutes for the clueless manager to make me a not what I ordered cake there were literally 6 other customers whom cakes were either missing or late. If I wasnt stuck I would have walked out, by my son loves their cake. To make matters worse this manager tried to charge me full price. This is what he should of said to me " Sir I apologize for OUR mistake, please take this cake at no charge and please come back to see us again" I paid $20.00 and walked out, never to return. Just a thought to that manager, if you would have made things RIGHT as you said, I would not have written this review and most likely would have come back. Learn how to run a business!

They were nice but to a point. Ive been to better cold stones and its was like wow great service and I would come back... deff not going back to this ine i make an 45 min trip next time only perk to this one is tables and chairs and benches out side way down side to it tho close together and they are metal and black I wouldnt sit on. Them if it was really hot day. Another thing is I told my family how they sing when you tip them and this bunch just mumbled. It. Was kinda the whole reason we went... I was. Kinda unhappy with the watermelon sherbet it was gross and thats the only kinda I could eat

Everytime i go there its a problem, one time no hot fudge. Another time no sorbet, another timr. No whip cream, this time sorbet was melted u coyld drink it, the guy didnt know what he was doing, said my gift card didnt work, clearky he did not how to make it work in the register. I would not suggest going there. Try Mad Willies in Framingham. Couple miles from.there.

Love Coldstone ice cream ... We also like to get their ready ice cream cakes. The cakes are a little expensive but so much better than other stores ice cream cakes since these include the right mix of both sponge cake and ice cream.

I was disappointed with the fact that there is no changing station for babies in the bathroom and no high chairs either. Its not very family friendly in that case. But service was good and so was the ice cream.

Awesome Ice cream but customer services soo fair. They want to finish your order without even ask if you need something else to mix before place it on the bowl or cone. And by the way, no waffle bowl.
