As much as I like having a supermarket in downtown Westborough, the prices are a bit high compared to the other chains in the area. We use Roche Bros. mostly in a pinch when we need something fast (we live a few blocks away) and save our planned shopping trips for Market Basket or Trader Joes. Still, I have to say the place is always impeccably clean, the selection good, and the employees are polite, helpful, and generally enthusiastic.

More expensive than regular grocery stores, but carries a wide selection of various specialty (organic, natural,premium) brands. Employees are very friendly and willing to assist. In addition, Roche Bros. is a huge (primary?) supporter of the local Westborough Food Bank, providing bread, eggs, meat and canned goods every week. Its great to have them supporting those in the community who cant afford to shop at their stores.

By far my favorite local grocery store. I drive here from two towns over to do my weekly grocery shopping here. The food they sell us high quality and always fresh. Catering department does my Christmas and Thanksgiving dinner. Meat is great and prices are reasonable if you take advantage of their weekly specials. Check-out is always adequately staffed. And there is a small Starbucks inside!

Friendly staff at front desk and checkout. Starbucks staff and manager and the best of the bunch! Store is super clean and easy to navigate. Prepared foods is limited but staff are very accommodating. Employees look happy, seem happy overall, translates into a wonderful customer experience ... my go to store!

Pleasant store, upper scale budgets, located in location of former Bay State Abrasives factory in Westborough Mass. Staff is friendly and products and shelves are well stocked, produce is acceptable and specialty areas are decent. Costly but good quality

Great produce, great prepared food, best seafood and meat selection in greater Westborough area. Blows competitors such as Price Chopper and Stop and Shop out of the water. Too pricey for can goods and BJS type of stock up items.

Its a great to shop at Roche Bros. Westboro. The staff is friendly and helpful. Many product lines to choose from,always fresh produce, bakery has yummy treats baked on premises. Love shopping there.

Beautiful produce and nice clean store. Daytime staff are perky and friendly. Evening staff are mostly young people who seem half awake, avoiding eye contact, mumbling incomprehensibly.
