I ordered over the phone and they said 15 minutes. It took 30. I called ahead because my job has strict 30 minute lunch. I left 15 minutes after the call with a 5 minute drive, assuming theyd be ready in 20. They werent. They also neglected to tell me that if I order on the phone, Im not eligible for rapid pickup, which apparently allows you to skip the line. Had I known, I obviously would have ordered online. I then waited 15 minutes in a line practically running out the door only to wait another 15 minutes for my actual order. The entirity of my lunch break was spent waiting in lines that I didnt need to be in and waiting for food that should have been more than ready when I got there. Not coming back.

Over 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. They were not even busy. After a wave of customers entered and left, I asked about my order. Told its cooking. It a turkey sausage and egg white at breakfast time. I walked out. Did not want my money back. Terrible service slow slow slow. Several employees just talking and looking bewildered. Will never go back to this place or any other Panera again.

Super rude on the phone and wouldnt take my order over the phone at 1:55 because they dont take phone orders from 11-2. So just leaving a bad review because the guy on the phone was terrible! Not to mention everytime i do order food ahead of time they never start making it until i get there to pay. Which defeats the point of calling in my order.

They always have great food and coffee. Would have given 5 stars but they ran out of ice coffee today after I got half a cup. I told them and proceeded to eat my breakfast. Over 20 minutes later it was still empty. Would still come back though.

They seem to not like to clean tables very often personally I think its disgusting food is usually very good also be nice to have hot coffee just had a cold or no coffee when taking coffee very cold then no coffee

Worst customer service of any Panera I have ever been to. Never have enough staff and constantly delayed times for picking up orders. Waited 20 minutes past pick up time on a web order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Love Panera! This place is awesome, Daniel is awesome he goes around and checks on everyone and takes all your trash and he simultaneously held open two doors for people. Very friendly workers here!

Food always comes soggy. The restaurant is usually dirty and they cant get an order correct even 50 percent of the time. Last time I try to eat here even if it was free ill pass

Spacious retail location but shares a strip mall with too many shoddy businesses. Fire alarm blared and interrupted a business meeting. Will not return.
