Friday night on March 13 th 2015 i ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. I waited 1 1/2 hours for delivery that was suppose to be 30-40 minutes. The pizza came and it was cold. I called Haverhill House back and they said they would send me new pizzas and they were sorry, i spoke with a man named Mike. I waited 1/1/2 hours for the delivery and no pizza came. I called and Mikes son said they sent the pizza to my house 30 minutes after i ordered it. I said no one came to my house and said his delevery guy stated the dogs were barking they were pounding on my front door and all the neighbors came out of their houses to see who it was. This guy completely fabricated this story. What it sums up to is HAVERHILL HOUSE ARE LIARS and they have no customer service and talk like thugs to their customers. 40 dollars for cold sucky pizza. Do not eat food here the place is dirty.......I gave 1 star because you have to to write a review... DIRT DIRTY PLACE.

So I went in to order 2 large cheese today. I immedatley noticed the trash on the floor, as well as everyone standing around. When I came up to the counter to order, the lady lookied at me like I was making a burden upon her for being there. I ordered my pizza, and they told me about 10 min. I ended up waiting almost almost 25 min because they burnt my pizza, standing around smoking, out front and talking on the cell phone. The price was ok, but The main thing i found absoulty DISGUSTING, was there was a guy out back making the pizza AND SMOKING at the same time. I also physically saw this guy drop dough on the floor then pick it up and hand it to another employee for a customers calzone. Needless to say I got my money back, and complained, and was re-assured that the dough was not dropped. I KNOW WHAT I SAW!

I really like this pizza, its plain and simple, no its not homemade crust or anything But the cheese is always fresh (no tang) and the sauce is good. Some of the workers are very friendly and we have great convos others not so much One of my regular pizza places

I come here from Maine to visit my boy friend in Groveland MA. And their food is awesome. I typically order their roast beef sub once a week maybe 2x and it is the best Ive ever had. Its always consistent and taste great!! God job
