Ive always loved Fuji. I used to go the the one in Quincy when I lived there. Im bummed that this location does not offer the gyu negimaki (google it and thank me later) that the Quincy location does. Aside from that, this is a lovely restaurant. The waitstaff is very timely, polite, and helpful. Decor is warm minimalist, clean, and very comfortable. I meant to post pics, but I couldnt stop eating the most delicious General Gaus chicken Ive ever had. It was white meat, beautifully crunchy, not at all greasy. Come to think of it, I dont think Ive ever had a meal that Ive been disappointed with, and this restaurant is a place I feel comfortable menu hopping. My one petty thought is that I was surprised we were charged for rice on the side-it seems like a tad nickle and dime-y for something that is usually gratis. All things being equal, I highly recommend this restaurant at all of its locations. :-)

5 of us came in on this past Sunday afternoon at around 2:30. It wasnt busy at all. We sat at the table for a half an hour (I wish I was exaggerating) - no waitstaff, no one came to the table Im 8 months pregnant and couldnt even get a glass of water. We ended up walking out and going to Earls where it was packed and to my surprise the service was 10x better and faster. Im giving 2 stars because I went here before raving about the food to the group I was with about how great it was only to have this terrible experience. Dont waste your time here on the weekend.

The sushi and rice is really good. But next time Ill probably order to go. 1. It was a big deal to order one thing of the kids menu. 2. Bc me and my party had a Groupon we were made to feel like we would have skipped out on the bill. 3. They amount of times the waitress checked on us while we were getting our money together was insane. In about 5 mins she came to our table 3, THREE, times to get the bill. I left her no tip!

Great to have a delicious Asian/Japanese restaurant here in Assembly Row. Youve got to try the spicy crispy chili wings. Just the right amount of heat and tangy sauce. Really good General Gaus chicken too. So many items on the menu, cant wait to try them all. Its tough to find the "good" asian/chinese/japanese place when youre new to an area. So glad to have found this just a block away from my home.

Wide selection of sushi rolls and other options. While it took a little time to get our food, produced high quality rolls, and we were rewarded for our patience. Prices are very fair, and while we didnt do the lunch specials, the other patrons had them, and they looked delicious. Very clean and modern restaurant, and friendly staff.

We came here for dinner late last week. This place was easy to get to and fill up quickly. The atmosphere was nice and the food was tasty. However, the construction of the sushi rolls disappointed us as the sizes of the pieces were inconsistent. The roll pieces also fell apart by themselves. Fortunately, the service was great.

Fuji has excellent sushi!! Weve tried several of the other dishes and theyre all been good. The Oxtail soup is tasty but youre not given enough to enjoy it fully. The pork belly is very tasty but Ive never had pork belly with rib cartilage. The bartenders do a great job a making something fitting your taste. Very friendly staff.

First time in Fuji, menu has a wide variety so you wont be stuck just with sushi. I had the Korean spicy soup, which was excellent, lobster ragoon was crunchy and crispy no greasy at all. Sushi was moist and tasty. Food was delicious, server was very friendly and attentive. service was on point.

When I first got there, I was a little bit disappointed because there was nobody at the door to greet me. But once I got settled, the waiters and the manager were really nice to me. Their food is absolutely delicious and they have great customer service. I will definitely be back!!!

Went there for dinner on a Friday night. Beautiful restaurant, very spacious and clean. Service was excellent, great wait staffs. As for food, I think the sushi dishes are fresh and good price, however, the wok dishes are only average, but overall great quality fresh tasting food.

Assembly is booming with great spots for food and play. Fugi is a hidden gem, often less crowded than everywhere else in the plaza but excellent food, drink, and service. Highly recommend, options for everyone. I dont eat seafood/sushi and I find new options every time I come.

The service was slow, our table forgotten for a good 20 mins. When the food did come it was delicious. There was a verbal apology and they gave us a dish to try on the house but so would have preferred a percentage off our bill on the food we choose to eat. It was ok.

Great food, drinks, and service. They process credit cards right at the table (unusual in the US), and then let you choose a tip percentage and rate the experience right on the device. No math and instant transactional feedback. Woo-hoo!

Perfect place to go after shopping. The food is great, the atmosphere is great and the staff are attentive and friendly, but the price is far higher than food generally is. The place is super clean and there are parking garage.

Nice patio dining as well as gorgeous interior space. Our excellent meal on Saturday was marred only by slow service. Very impressed by the freshness of the food, the bento boxes were creative, tasty, and inexpensive.

The waitress was really nice. She gets the star. We were the first at the sushi bar. Last to get our food. The sushi was sub par and warm, served on a plate that was too hot to touch. Long wait, bad food.
