I only come to this BK out of convenience, because I live less than a 10 minute drive away from here. This Burger King displays the absolute worst brand of customer service you could ever see from a fast food restaurant. Today, it took them over 8.5 minutes to ask for my order (there were only 2 people ahead of me and even they hadnt taken their orders yet), and at least an extra 10 minutes to actually get my order in my hands. Meanwhile, the cooks arent hustling as the orders are coming in rapid speed, theres nobody at the registers, and employees are lollygagging with other customers or other employees, making conversation & hugging each other like there arent other customers waiting patiently for their orders. Worst Burger King I have been to, better off going someplace else if you want easier, in & out service.

Very clean dining area. Theres a public school bus stop next door so after school there tends to be a swarm of ankle biters about from approx 3 to 4 or 4:30. Twice I gave spent about 2 hours waiting for someone inside and did not get hassled by employees. A+ for that alone! Decent restrooms that dont require a key, code or other BS. Overall a decent experience for a fast food joint.

Worst Burger King Ive ever been to. The old man talking orders was trying to do ten things at once, and he blamed it on the computers, even though he took the order before mine fine and the one before that. I ended up walking out after waiting about 20 minutes and ended up finding a five guys, WORST Burger King in Massachusetts by far maybe the whole United States!

Me and my wife ordered a bacon whopper and not only did they forget our drinks they put a piece of bacon the size of a quarter and both our burgers. These employees are lazy, and always mess up everything. The previous time they gave us a completely different sandwhich. Leadership needs to unfuck that situation asap.

Waited 30 minutes for breakfast. The sign changed for lunch in the meantime. When we finally got our "fast" food, they didnt have a cover for the oatmeal, so it saw cold. Also, meanwhile, someone came in because she was given the wrong food at the drive through and she waited 5 minutes just to tell someone...

BK is never my top pick, but the bacon Whoppers are good enough for lunch once in a while. Ask for at least six pickle slices; theyre thin, and the standard format is really stingy with them.
