Service is definitely not the best, and I know that they are actually looking for new line cooks, so the food isnt going to be great until they get their things together, but my past experiences here have been great. Service is slow most of the time, so if youre starving go somewhere else. I think its good to try a place a couple of times before reviewing, and every time I went back the food started to grow on me (the service still sucks though...). Ive also ordered their wings via delivery for a party once and didnt have any complaints from them. It did take a while for the order to get to us though, considering the house was about 15 minutes from the place and it took them an entire hour and a half. Overall, its decent and Id recommend anyone to try this place at least once. Oh, but dont go late at night or after a game, its packed. Tip from my friend: Dont order their salads.

worst management!!! horrible experience, never ordering again!!! a co worker and i ordered the same combo we always get on my lunch break and they forgot the fris on my coworkers combo i thought ok no big deal and called them up to let them know of the mistake the manager argued with us saying we were lying and never ordered that( i had 3 witnesses) and would not give us the fri after reviewing the receipt we discovered they overcharged us for a chicken plate and soda at $16 instead of the combo we ordered that was suppose to be 13.49....i will never go back to this place after being spoken to and disrespected by the manager and i will make it a point to go to someone higher up and report the incident because his performance was unprofessional, unacceptable and embarrassing to the "wings over" franchise.

These people constantly deliver the wrong food, cold and soggy. Today after 3 hours of trying to get my food delivered. The driver never showed up, each time they said they would send someone and no one would call and no one would show up. When I called back the manager started yelling at me and told me "I was wasting his god damn time". So this is numerous times that this driver was deciding he didnt want do deliver and never bothered calling or knocking. They said they had 5 other calls in the building... so the driver couldnt figure out how to walk over and knock on a door? I have never dealt with a manager as rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional as this guy.

Went here to try it out about a month ago... My main goal was a milkshake, but for some reason, their most advertised product in the place couldnt be made. The person taking our order was very apologetic, and she was very friendly with us. My friend loved his waffle fries! And the cheese sauce was a rip-off for the amount extra you pay, but it was good. My fries were very bland, though, even with ketchup. There wasnt any salt, etc. on them... Also, if it counts for anything, the people next to us seemed to be enjoying their wings. I wouldnt personally go here again, but it doesnt seem like too bad of a place.

I placed an order called Hanger 4 , it was supposed to include ribs. When we got there to pick it up they told us they had no ribs and they would give us a credit of $20 in house, they also agreed to put more chicken. Well they didnt add more chicken and the next day we tried to use the $20 credit , we spent an hour trying to get the manager to figure out about the credit. At the end we only got $15 credit, and we spent $114.95 for 2 orders of chicken wings , large fries , large onion rings and two litters of coke. This place is disorganized, and the customer service is poor. The sad part is no one seems to care.

Had a delivery and was missing multiple items. Called back and was told I would receive them right away. Called back an hour later still having not received my missing things and management hung up on me saying "I told you it would take some time" this was never mentioned in our previous conversation. If someone is missing food they should be put on the priority list to get it out. It was two orders of French fries a blue cheese packet and celery. This stuff literally takes less than 10 mins to make. Personnel is very rude and they do not take care of their customers. !!WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

I got home after walking down to place an order, they screwed up my order, called to tell someone they owed me money for giving me a small when I paid for a large. They called me a liar and asked me to come back with the food to prove it, it was only a couple dollars, but, it was not the first time, so i was not writing off my money again. I went down, and was hassled trying to get a full refund. I said to give me my F***ing money back, and they called the cops and asked me to leave. I waited outside till the police arrived at which time they gave me my money back. Ridiculous...

Ok been ordering here for along time and it has been going down hill. Tonight was the last time, We ordered almost 50 bucks worth of food. I know it can take along time to get delivery I am ok with that. Tonight the food was cold and the chicken was so dry you cant even enjoy it. the fries so soggy they fell apart trying to eat them. the topper the orders where crossed no one got the right flavor chicken. I am sad to type this review. Before turning to this I tried to call and was on hold for 10 min before I gave up..........

Number 1 absolute horrible service, its one thing to wait a little extra for good food but to wait OVER 45 MINUTES, and for poorly cooked food at that, was insane. They told us it would be only 20 min wait, after it turned into nearly an hour the staff was sarcastic and patronizing. Second, the wings were dry, severely overcooked and basically gross. Never will we ever come here again. Weve had bad food before but when service is good we might give it a second chance, but the service is HORRIBLE, rude and disrespectful.

First time ordering from here. Had it delivered, asked for Blue cheese, my favorite part, and opened to find my order had Buttermilk Ranch. The order receipt says Blue cheese. First time and they already messed up the order. Read another review complaining about wrong orders. Obviously the person in the kitchen could care less about customer needs. Of course its a hassle to go back and try to switch dressing, but shouldnt even have to think about it. Didnt try the wings yet but at this point, they already lost my vote.

Wings has the best tasting wings ive ever had. Flavor is piled on at this place. Every flavor in unique and delicious. The waffle fries are extremely delicious (I recommend the parmesan flavoring). Regarding food quality and flavor this restaurant earns a 5/5 from me. Ive repeatedly ordered dinner from this place over the last 6 months and they have never failed to disappoint. Side note: Ive always picked up my order, so i cannot attest to the negative delivery reviews received by this establishment.
