NICE FUNCTIONAL COFFEE HOUSE GREAT TASTING COFFEE FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT LOTS OF LOCAL ARTISTS PAINTINGS ON THE WALL OUT DOOR SEATING ON THE SIDEWALK NEEDS HELP WITH CAPPUCCINO MAKING PROPER STEAMING OF MILK NOT ENOUGH COFFEE MAKES FOR A POOR PRODUCT NEED TO GET TRAINING FOR LATTE AND CAPPUCCINO MAKING BUT OUR SALADS WERE FANTASTIC . LATTES AND CAPPUCCINO ARE NOT THE SAME NEEDS DEDICATED BARISTA TRAINED PROPERLY THEN THEY GOT THE WORKS

Its important to support business that treats workers right and conducts business ethically. I have heard only the worst from former employees and have personally seen the owner retract a job offer to a student in need for his own convenience not too long ago in 2016. Dont support businesses who dont support the community that theyre a part of. There are plenty of better coffeehouses in Salem with better ethics.

great place and great coffee. warm atmosphere. awesome location - a quiet street right off of the main drag. there lunch menu is cool - a lot of options for a lot of different styles. music choice seems to always be on point - i head a lot of eccentric indie going on...

Thank you for making me a drink off the menu (espresso tonic). Carrot juice was wicked. Low prices (I hail from Cambridge). I had some question as to how genuinely the staff interacted with me but Ill give them the benefit of the doubt.

Always delicious coffee (toasted coconut), great sandwiches and good service. Some of the baked goods are good; others seem like they are store-bought. Free wi-fi but they will nudge you out during lunch hour or other busy periods.

I probably have a meeting here every week. Staff is friendly and fun, iced coffee is on point and the bagel sandwiches are delicious! Service is always quick even when its busy.
