The staff is extremely friendly and works hard to get drink orders perfect as well as make suggestions & learn regulars names. One of the managers, Matt is fantastic & Will is great too. My only complaint is the store manager, Heather, having a very short memory. My boyfriend and I spend a decent amount of money there consistently for a while. We stopped going for a little bit. We went back being in the neighborhood and she was a bit rude saying the bathrooms are for paying customers. How quickly we forget...

The employees here are pretty nice, but there are some unsavory (stinky!) local types who were camped out here the first time I went, a cold night in February. I understand that people need to stay warm, but the body odor radiating from them was enough to gag me through my coffee. The parking lot is also small and cramped, and even more so now that half of it is under construction. I go there for a quick pick up on the way to work (thanks, mobile ordering!) and dont linger.

Crappy location, cramped, no place to sit due to limited seating, building seems like it was meant to be a hallway and they decided to build a Starbucks inside. Parking lot is small and tight to maneuver, slow service, rude customers, I do not recommend this location and would not return.

Great service, nice staff. These guys are zen as the town is, no problem, youll get your order on time with a superb smile. What is there to ask for more than this? Bathrooms were not clean though and we stopped at 8am on a Monday.

The lot for this Starbucks is a paid lot, which isnt my favorite, but its only 75 cents an hour, so not tragic. Generally a good Starbucks, less chatty and more about business, so less warm than some, but the drinks are good.

Standard Starbucks in terms of coffee and food. Its a little bit awkwardly positioned (kinda long) but otherwise, its what you would expect. In downtown Salem, there are too many other good coffee shops to visit instead.

Good location right by a main parking hub that offers access to the downtown of Salem. The baristas are friendly and courteous as youd expect from Starbucks, and its a convenience to have a restroom close by to town.

Upholds the quality of the other Starbucks Ive been to, but usually a pretty busy location. The baristas are super friendly, remember your name ,and are usually quick. I always come here to get my soy latte!
