•Recently in his commencement speech at Arizona State University, Howard Schultz, chairman of Starbucks, suggested that there is one word Starbucks needs to keep in their minds and hearts - "Ubuntu." "Ubuntu," he said is a South African word that means "I am because of you. I walked out of this store today without acquiring anything because the crew in this location clearly do not operate with this spirit. Both young men who were at checkout basically walked away from me after I waited patiently in line to confer with each other away from checkout (while I was standing there with money in hand clearly wanted to make a purchase). One of them (upon completion of their socializing) walked back in the direction of checkout but kept on going without asking me if I wanted anything. We pay a premium price to be a Starbucks consumer and we should expect world class customer service. I will not be back to this outlet (and will try to influence family and friends to operate accordingly) given their incredibly poor customer service focus.

I love Starbucks but I buy a lot of coffee and seems like this store always messes up depending on who is working. I would have to say 3 out 4 coffees are wrong some of the coffee makers rush and dont care what type of milk you order the dont put in the extra shot and they tell me I am wrong. I drink them everyday I know what it taste like need to step it up swampscott Starbucks but I think Joe is one of the best workers there

I really liked the relaxing, inviting, and friendly environment. The place is very clean and well organized. My favorite thing is that the staff is so friendly and always remembers my face to say goodmorning. They never care if I order my usual or just a bottle of water. Highly recommend it if you are on the N. Shore

If you dont mind long waits then its just an average Starbucks. But I kid not if you go there at any time of the week especially on weekends the not so "mobile anymore" staff will keep ya waiting for a while. Hey at least you can browse the Starbucks branded nick nacks there.

I love Starbucks no matter where.My partner and i visited here 3 years ago on holiday from NZ. We have a family connection to a staff member.Hi Nancy! The person who gave Starbucks a bad rating wouldnt be happy if the Hanging Gardens of Babylon were right outside!

Much like any other Starbucks. But since its my hometown Starbucks - I at least recognize the staff. Same great coffee. Not enough seating though at busy times... but its not a bad place to get online and do some work when you gotta get outta the house.

Standard Starbucks--no drive through. Parking is pretty easy in the lot before later in the day when the other shops in the strip mall are open. A decent amount of plugs and stable wifi.
