tasty lattes, regular or decaf, custom made to your liking. i enjoy the blueberry & raspberry scones. the staff is always very patient & knowledgable, so do not feel pressured to recite your complicated order in 3 seconds or less! You can relax by the fire or work at a table,no time limit. Great CDs,coffee,& coffee paraphenalia for sale. Seasonal flavors & creative combinations always keep the menu fresh.

All in all a great location, but I cant remember the last time Ive been during the morning rush and found both registers manned (meaning, you can be waiting quite awhile). The drive-through line is insane in the a.m. so it appears to those of us inside that all the attention is going to that customer group...I dont know of another Starbucks Ive been to with a slower moving line.

This SB opened the week I moved down the street in Beverly. Great staff, great coffee and food (of course!), and nice atmosphere for studying, meeting, etc. Much less crowded than the North Bev one. Even now living in Salem, I will still frequently go to this one when meeting people or getting work done early in the morning before going to work -- love it!

We usually get Tall Green Tea, and Tall Coffee. They actually helps me order my green tea without adding water which taste even better than the one with the water added to it. I applaud them on that. They knew what we need without talking that much.

Its always nice to see all the smiles behind the counter at this Starbucks. Usually a line unless you go on off hours both inside and drive thru. Orders are always right. Their Dogs of Elliot Street Instagram is a plus to follow too.

Delivery truck comes at all hours. Is the largest 18 wheeler. Loud ,parks in fire lane. Does not care about people who live across the street. People park in fire all the time.I hope there is never a fire there. Cops dont care.

Not all Starbucks are created equally. While the menu is the same across the board, what makes this Bux better is the drive-through window, ample parking spaces and really friendly staff.

The service is always fast and friendly. They have never messed up my order and the drive through (which I usually use) is quick. Its always clean and is a great place to sit and relax.
