I gave three stars because the service is really poor, but the food is really good. If the food wasnt so good, or there were other thai options in Revere to try, I would probably let them go off my list of places to eat. Every time I order, no matter what it is, has been yummy. The delivery service is really, really slow. If you call and ask for delivery, it takes an hour, if you pickup its 15 minutes. It has taken over an hour to get my food, and I live 5 minutes away, right across the road pretty much. I have gotten delivery a few times, the wrong food came once, another time they totally forgot my rice that goes with the meal, and it took 30 minutes to bring it back, after everyone else ate since waiting an hour for the first delivery. Another time, the website says they closed at either 9 or 10, and I called an hour before they closed and they said no delivery anymore since the guy left... what? Then I asked if I could pick it up and they said that they are actually closed, I reminded them what their hours were politely and she basically said that they can decide to close if they arent busy. I am sorry, but its not really a choice...people could be driving there to eat and you close? Anyway...I continue to order from there since the food is just so good, but it is frustrating how badly they cannot get their act together. I feel EVERY TIME there is some kind of issue.

We live in the city and have eaten at so many Thai places, but this place serves by far the best Thai food weve eaten in Boston. This place is in revere so its a short drive for us from Boston. Being Indians, we love our Thai food spicy and rich in flavor. This place never disappoints. The first time we visited this place, my husband (by mistake) forgot his credit card in the restaurant. The owner, Chef Lou was very kind and had it mailed to us overnight. Ever since then weve been to this place more than a dozen times. Chef Lou is very personable and always comes over to check on us and have a chat. My son asks for Thai at least once a week and so we end up here every weekend. The portions are reasonable and we always have left overs to take away. The staff knows us by now and knows that our preference is for spicy rich flavor and they never disappoint. We get the spicy basil fried rice and drunken noodles which are the best we have had. Their chu chee curry is a nice blend of red and yellow curries and brings a fusion of flavors unlike one weve tasted before. Most places in the city make overly sweetened Thai, this place however is authentic. We will probably be visiting this place every weekend since we end up craving it anyway.

I and my husband go to the restaurant every week for at least one meal, sometimes we do delivery as well. Honest to say, food is definitely good, but the service is so disappointing! Every time we eat in the restaurant, the servers seem unhappy to serve us, and even talk behind us in their language! But thats ok for us because we really love the Thai food. Today, we do delivery. But accidentally, they delivered the wrong food. I called the restaurant to ask them if they sent the wrong dish. The woman answered the phone said no, that was what I ordered! I feel so sad that they couldnt admit their mistake. Ive been there thousand times, and every time I do order the same thing, which means I knew it was a wrong dish at first glance! Then another woman picked the phone, instead of admitting they delivered the wrong food, she even shouted to me and would not redelivery either give me the refund! I am actually OK with the wrong food, what I only need is they admit it was a wrong delivery and apologize for the poor attitude to the customers! As loyal customers, I and my husband will never ever go to the restaurant again nor order online! Poor service, you will experience even at the first time.

I went here on a Sunday night and it was dead. I brought in a can of Red Bull because Im diabetic and need quick sugar sometimes. About 10 minutes after we ordered our food, a tall guy approaches our table and introduces himself as the chef but he has a walkie talkie and not dressed like a chef. He tells me that they dont allow outside drinks, even though I told him I need a quick sugar. Mind you the can wasnt open, and my girlfriend and I had already ordered an appetizer, two meals and drinks. I canceled our main course and asked for the bill. If this was a store policy, the server that sat us, took our order and brought us our drink and appetizer didnt say anything. They had to send "The chef" to tell us that my "outside" drink would not be allowed. I would not recommend this place due to lack of situational awareness and basic human decency. I cant comment on the food as I lost my appetite very quickly.

Maekha Thai was a delightful discovery. I happened to be passing after picking up by girlfriend at Logan, and we found ourselves hungry and stuck in heavy traffic right outside the restaurant. I wasnt confident that it would be a decent place, but we took a chance. Im glad we did! The restaurant is spacious and nicely decorated. There was plenty of choice on the menu for this vegetarian, and my dish (tofu and spicy eggplant) was delicious. My girlfriends meal -- tofu in a basil sauce -- was also wonderful. We saved some of the main course so that we could try the sticky rice dessert. Holy crap, it was so delicious! The only negative thing was that the service was a little slow. We had a nice chat with the owner, Lou, and read the very touching story of how he and his late partner started the establishment. Overall this was a great dining experience, and Id happily go back.

Meh! Dont think it should be more than a take out place, but it is a dine in, so thats that! Caution: some drinks have no prices and so please verify before ordering because if you dont then there is no help to address your issues with pricing at billing where your drink may be more pricey than your food! although there is someone who does formality checkups on your experience occasionally however to my experience absolutely ineffective when it comes to prices. Overall I think undoubtedly good food and worth a take out place. Dine in definitely not, as ambiance is definitely not the only thing with restaurants you know, unless the recipe to cook was made and executed on the streets only, which sort of justifies and defines the poor dine in experiences folks may have noted, like myself.

Waste of time and Money. Ohh Boy...umm where do I start. Self Claimed owner or greeter is the most cunning guy I have ever met with least respect to customer and his employee. Owner and employees were shouting at each others. Food was being tossed on tables as in refugee camp. ambiance was Okay. If owner ever gets time from watching downloaded movies he will look at the customers. Food was greasy and tasteless. As other user mentioned there was mandatory 20% gratuity added to the bill for the most hopeless services. It took us 1.5 hours to dine because service was so slow and food was pathetic. Save your time and Money by not going to this place ever again.
