I ordered a small cheese pizza and a free order cheese bread when I ordered online. The pizza was tasty and I enjoyed it, contrary the cheese bread wasnt I did not find it good at all. The store was very small and did not have tables. We sat on a stool and ate on a little ledge. The costumer service was good. They didnt have napkins so the guy at the counter leaped and got napkins on a high shelf for me. He spoke Spanish and English as he spoke English to me but Spanish to a couple that arrived after me. Overall, for $10 if you are in the Wonderland/ Revere Beach area it isnt a bad option. I recommend this pizza hut location.

not too bad but be advised that this place is TAKE OUT ONLY! it has absolutely NO space or table to eat in the only small available area( though not reccomended) is the small waiting ares which has about 5-6 seats as soon as you walk in all you see is the cashier and that tiny space good if you eat out but it is not a eat in restaurant honestly though i would order from here again but i wish they could have made the space as a eat in pizza ( or at least put a few outside when the weather is nice) price and everything else was fine not great or terrible but does the job enough if your hungry.

If you want to be missing half of your order, then order here. I placed an online order for myself and a few other. Low and behold NONE of the chicken I ordered was included. It was right before close so there was no going back. Also, I asked to add a drink to the order and the incompetent employee behind the counter insisted I couldnt. So no chicken and nothing to wash my half of an order down. Go elsewhere. The second star is for the manager who was very pleasant when calling me the next day to refund the port in boffo the order I hadnt received.

It looks like a lot of people have a lot of negative things to say about this Pizza Hut in Revere, but we stopped in here yesterday and had an average experience. We ordered over the phone and they gave us a fifteen minute wait time. When we showed up fifteen minutes later, the pizza was done. The pizza was your typical Pizza Hut quality and the service was decent. In the end, no real complaints here and we would totally grab pizza here again.

Delivery driver was extremely rude. Initially took pizza to wrong address, then blamed me for his mistake. Stated that I made him go 4 miles out of his way. I will absolutely never, under any circumstances, order anything from this Pizza Hut again and will discourage everyone I come in contact with from placing an order from this store. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I would like sincerely share my experiences with this specific franchise. Unfortunately, Pizza Hut has continued to lose their business do to the poor quality of customer service and lack of attention to their service to the customers. I have ordered both online and call-in but they both have been an awful experience.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered for delivery from East Boston, gave the address twice. They said no problem, come to find out an hour later that they are cancelling my order because its not in their delivery area. Such a waste of time never going there again.

I had reservations due to the horrible reviews. I wanted Pizza Hut and it was between Everett and revere. The person on the phone was polite, the pizza came quicker than they said and the quality was good. Would definitely order here again

Pretty good customer service and nice people. Its a little on the smaller side and theres no place for you to sit down and eat. Its more of a order and go joint.
