I would give no stars if possible. I went here last Saturday night. It was any old night, 3 other tables of people maximim in the restaurant. NOT BUSY. I had been before and service was bad. However, this time it was the WORST IVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE. After being seated we waited 30 minutes and nobody even came to ask us what we want to drink. The waitress came in and out of the dining room to assist other customers and would even look at us. Other people left while we were there too for the same reason. Pizza hut as a franchise is on its last leg and now I understand why. With an absolute minimal amount of effort they could have kept a customer.

Overly greasy pizza. We pre-ordered figuring it was a busy weekend night. After arriving we noticed that the place was empty and asked if we could sit. I assume it was the manager, but he was very rude and told us we could not sit down at any of the empty tables because it was a "restaurant" not a pizza place. What a joke. You do not "dine" at pizza hut. The same way you dont "make love" to a prostitute. Terrible customer service and mediocre food. I will not return.

Stood for 15 minutes waiting to be seated for buffet. Cook came out of bathroom moaning after a especially foul number 2. Salad bar looked day old thet cleared it oyt beforw buffet was over and while I was still eating. Server acted irritated that i was there.
