Ive never written a restaurant review, but feel compelled to after having subjected myself to the filth that is the Boston Logan Ufood Grill. Heres what I took away: horrible service, unfriendly staff, quite possibly the dirtiest restaurant space Ive ever seen (extremely unlikely that it passes any Massachusetts or federal health codes), it was "sold out" of a significant portion of the menu, and most important, the food was inedible. The food was so bad that even a farm animal would turn its nose up at it. The chicken was so rubbery that I could have dropped it on the floor and it probably would have hit the ceiling. The french fries tasted like they had been sitting under their disgusting heat lamp for days. The only items that I didnt throw away from my order was the bottled water. Horrible experience. Definitely not a good representation of an otherwise decent restaurant.

Some of the worst food Ive ever had. I got a breakfast panini, hoping to fill my void of hunger with what looked like decent food. I was horribly mistaken. The sandwich I got, tasted like something a child made using an easy bake oven, if not worse. My food was terribly bland, absolutely no flavor what so ever. The egg was flash cooked, Turkey Bacon tasted like rubber. Ive had Turkey bacon before, Im not sure if this was even Turkey. The bread was awful, I couldnt even finish it. I also had difficult time digesting this over the next few hours. Please, dont eat here. Spare the horrible experience and save your money.

I had a fantastic Tuscan Panini on 27 April at 11:30 am. The sandwich was fairly priced, healthier than many eatery options and excellently prepared with slight packaging enhancements per my request for my return trip to FL. Cashier Krystal and sandwich maker Amanda provided A+ customer service and positive attitudes. Thank you! Jim

Surprised by the negative reviews. I got the Club Burrito and found it quite tasty. The tortilla could have been grilled (it was a little chewy), but the combo of items worked. Not the biggest burrito, but amiably priced. More enjoyable than Rick Baylesss sad attempt at Mexican food at Ohare and a fraction of the cost.

Mediocre airport food that offers a less flavorful and lighter options than others in the terminal. The chicken parm wrap isnt too heavy and gets the job done but I wouldnt go out of my way to eat here.

Awful service, even with the owner present. Didnt have multiple items we ordered. Beyond bland food. Avoid in favor of Dunkins. Or just about anywhere else for that matter.
