BJS As a store is excellent. Great prices on food and gas as well as great quality products but the BAKERY is another story. Grabbed a green cake for a boy. Asked for them to write his name and if they could draw a fish they said yes and had me leave and come back to get a fresh cake. got it and it had condensation on the top so i didnt open it.. I trusted bjs. WRONG. They swapped the cake from green frosting to purple, drew balloons in green, yellow, and purple. and added pink yellow and purple confetti drops. FOR A BOY! Extremely let down by the BJS Bakery Dept.

BJs in general is decent wholesale retailer. As retail becomes more competitive in nature, the prices on many smaller products arent that much cheaper. A dollar here, a dollar there. I find the most benefit and savings on larger/bigger ticket items. Great prices on quality tires (recently got 4 highest rated Michelin tires for the same price as Town Fairs generic low rated tires), or air conditioning units, or gas. This particular store is nice too. Its big. Its new. Its easily accessible and everyone there is great and very helpful.

Worst place I could ever go to! staff are very disrespectful. I had asked a cashier if I could talk to the manager and she says "shes not here today" and I ask her then can I talk to anyone in charge and she responded saying that the person was on break and that I needed to wait 20 mins. I waited and I ask her again if she could get her and her response was oh Im sorry shes busy. I WAITED 20 MINS FOR SOMEONE TO TEL ME THAT SHE IS BUSY!! IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 0 STARS I WOULD HAVE WITHOUT A DOUBT!!!

Ive been a member of BJs for 25 years. Revere Club is fairly new, so you can expect good illumination, cleanliness and general good and friendly atmosphere there. Recently, I had and issue with one tire out of the set that we bought there. Dave, the General Manager and Manager Bernadette came forward all the way and helped solving the problem. True, all-American best of the class customer service! Thank you very much!

I like go to buy product at bjs but they have to be more serious about they employees its a guy there who help self cashier but his pant allmost under his bot...a.sss. and i think we have kids all around so tell them i see many of those guys on street but no in a good store ....skrry but its true you have to be more serious about thats it no look nive serious his pant are down and he walk like he has popu on it hahhahah

Good prices but of course you have to buy in bulk. Long lines and no bags you have to bring your own. Also No customer service (besides the customer service desk) what so mean is if you have a question on an item you are on your own. There are very few associates around to ask any questions. Overall great prices but have to buy in bulk. Great prices but your on your own in there

Only 2 cashier lanes open. The rest were self check out, which I unfortunately had to use. People apparently get confused by this system and it took half an hour to check out! The place was so packed, the line supervisors looked bored to be helping out customers. It was awful. I will not be going back to the Revere location.

I like to shop in this store its a great store very clean and organized . Great gas prices. The service is VERY poor. Couple bad experience with customer service. Some people dont look to happy when you ask them to do something for you or when you ask for help. " it needs happy people with great service "

Great place to buy bulk items! Awesome place for gas too. Big isles, I enjoy getting a good walk in there. The only thing I wish is that once in a while in the bakery they would sell things in smaller packaging for the people who want to tone down the calories a bit in their households.

Good price and lots of choices. Sometimes people dont like an idea of buying membership for shopping, but you can save significant amount of money from first visit and membership price pay off right away.
