I wouldnt even give it a star but had to, all bakery products come from a box frozen, the quality of it sucks badly, they dont care about presentation, inconsistent bakes, they dont wash any of the sheet pans, they are disgusting.there food presentation is awful.i would never eat a thing from there again.the bakers that work there have bad hygiene and handle your food with dirty disgusting hands, if it fall on the floor they will not waste.i do like the managers they work hard, underpaid and deserve more.

Ordered the full order of Mac and cheese...8 frickin dollars ! When I got my tray the bowl wasnt even half full. I politely asked the woman behind the counter if she could add a little more and her response was NO...I CANT ! She offered no explanation...no sorry... NOTHING !! FOR 8$$$ that bowl better be close to full...NOT BARELY HALF. Whatever happened to...The Customer Is Always Right !! And whatever happened to ...Keep The Customer Happy...a happy customer is gonna come back !!!

I like to come here in my free time to sit down and read or get some work done. Ive always had a great experience. Staff is very nice and friendly, the manager who I always see on weekday mornings is very nice. I usually only get a pastry or drink though so I cant really comment on the actual food like sandwiches. Nice place to come and relax or grab a quick bite to eat. I will say though that it does get busy/crowded at lunch time but other than that I love coming here.

Clean, fresh ingredients. Sometimes sloppily put together sandwiches with incorrect bread pairing. Other times its great; overall inconsistent with sandwich prep. Service is usually friendly and helpful. Moderately paced and priced. Dining area is clean and spacious. Family-friendly with highchairs available as well as restrooms with a changing table.

I gave them another try after finding plastic in my soup. But yet again.. Found another type of pastic in my soup. Smaller this time..but still??? Wtf Panera?! Ill take my business eles where. Unless you like eatting plastic, I suggest going to another Panera. Iv never had this happen at any other Panera of gone too before.

Sweet and friendly staff. Brandon goes out of his way to get orders out quickly food is good enough you dont feel guilty bringing the kids there for a meal and its cheaper than most places in the area.
