As a long time customer of panera (in general) my recent trip was a huge dissapointment.Ordered a green passion smoothie it had ice chunks, the associate did not ask me for a size preference. Ordered a you pick 2 with the bistro french onion soup and tmozz flat bread. Asked for no cheese in the soup because i sometimes share it with my spouse who is lactose intolerant. Found the cheese at the bottom of the cup in a distgusting mess. My flat bread was put together diagonally creating a heart shape i didnt "love" most of my cheese fell out of my sandwich. I watched as the woman just dropped the pesto and sofrito onto the sandwhich in a mass instead of properly spreading it. And to top it off i wasnt given side options so i was rang up for a baguette....which without asking i was given an asigo cheese loaf chunk. Im guessing they were out of baguettes but communication with the customer is key. If they had asked i can promise you even if i wanted bread i would have asked for anything but. Bonus? The bathrooms were gross...and when a customer is literally in the middle of a transaction and another customer mistakenly takes over the register, atleast apologize to your original customer.

My experience today was less than stellar. Sad that a location just 10 mikes down the road outshines this location and staff. I may have caught them on a lull or off day, however to me no excuse. I pay a better price for fresh clean food and the server/service should reflect that. I love this brand, just not this location.

Usually no place to sit here on a busy weekend, but it doesnt stop me from grabbing a latte a sandwich with that delicious bread. Asian chicken salad is always a light yet filling lunch, and the cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl is a total splurge.

Iced tea was empty, our pastry was forgotten, and food took 20 minutes to come out. We did come during lunchtime rush, but it was the longest wait Ive ever experienced at Panera. Food tasted good though!

Standard Panera in terms of food and coffee. Tasty food, decent coffee, good vegetarian options. However, being connected to the mall means a lot of teens and often busy.

Very slow. Several mistakes were made while we were waiting for our food. Sandwiches were sloppily put together. Not like any panera Ive ever been.

Bland, overpriced sandwiches. On average 15-20 kids running around tables. Roasted turkey and avocado BLT was disgusting, especially for $11.
