SUPERB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is the best Portuguese bakery in New Bedford. They have the best pops, pastry, and sweet bread in New Bedford. I love everything every time I go in. There is no comparison in NB. Ignore the rating below. This person does not what he/she is talking about. I know for a fact that the owners would never sell you day old bread unless you asked for it. I know that on Sunday at that time, the bread is no more than 7hrs-old because it comes out at 5am. And I have seen them throw leftover bread into bags to sell to restaurants to make stuffing and stuffies

Although they make good tasting portuguese bread, beware! They will sell you yesterdays left over bread without warning. I went there on a Sunday at around 12 P.M. to buy 12 pops. When I got home, I found that the bread wasnt fresh.
