I went twice although it was a long wait and over cooked both times. The second time I thought Id ask them to not let my order cool off on the counter for 5 min. And another 5 min.In the bag because they were not paying any attention to the orders but they still did. On both occasions the elder of the cashiers I believed to be the manager was very irate and not too customer friendly. The second time I asked for extra sauce as i did the first time and they assured it would be included and it wasnt, Was not included the second time either. I walk by the place hungry all the time and I loved the flavor but Im very reluctant to go there again. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY IS A BIG PART OF GETTING MY BUSINESS. Its a shame Becuase i see the potential but that elder of the cashiers really had a stank Tude so rude.I really had to hold back what was on my mind, hence this review is so so long. RudieTudieFoodies... Ill just go to five guys or get an eggroll up the block.

Came here on opening day and tried out the Atomic and Cajun boneless wings. The cajuns were tasty and the chicken felt fresh, and it had the right amount of flavor... I was a little disappointed in the heat of these though, not as hot as I expected for being 3rd on the list. I tried the Atomic wings next, and although they are hot.. I was a little disappointed as they lacked any of the nice flavor hot peppers have, it was kind of a bland hot.. which is unfortunate. The fries caught me off guard as they put a seasoning on them that seems to have sugar on it, not my cup of tea.. but oh well. Maybe next time I will try a different seasoning or just get them plain. All in all this is a much needed establishment in Randolph. I will be back.

I visit wing stop in harlem all the time and never recieved service as bad as this. They have a little girl at the counter that cant count and likes to cheat people out of their money and then say she didnt. When u order rolls, they tell u we dont have any they didnt come out right. So wouldnt they wanna make some more??? No they just tell u they dont think u should order them. When thats what i love most about wingstop. This place is pure ratchet and the young boys working there have their pants to their knees leaned up on the counter making your food like you want pubic hairs in your food. Its just not right and there has to be a dress code or this manager or owner just doesnt care and hires anyone.

Horrible wait time seen 4 people order after me and received there meal before me was told of a wait time of 20 minutes waited 43 minutes until i asked for my meal was setting for at least the 20minutes that was said. Open phone lines while helping customers alot of work to be done i should not have to earn a 5 dollar credit my first time there needs work and food is ok smh tips that where given to the youngter should be evaluated no matter how long u been in the business if the service was poor just work on it and take it with a grain of salt godbless everbody that works there plz work on customer service thanks

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! WAITED AN HOUR FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS PLACED ONLINE And PROMISED TO BE READY 40 MINUTES BEFORE I ARRIVED. I spent $55 there last week and I will never do it again! Food is good but not worth the super long wait and rude staff. Guarantee this is going to hurt their business if the owner doesnt fix this problem asap. On top of that, I have been calling to request a refund for my prepaid order that wasnt ready when I arrived and nobody will answer the phone. smh Not paying for food I never received.

Slowest service for a wings only restaurant chain. Rude staff. Several other customers along with myself had to continually ask where our orders were after 30+ minutes only to find out they misplaced everyones orders. Unacceptable and also they let you see when theyre making your order and NOT ONE person whether it be before or after cooking the wings; wore gloves. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I wouldve given it 4 because while the service was decent and the food was great the manager thought it was okay to bad mouth one of their employees in front of other employees while I was sitting right in front of her . She did not care that I ( a paying customer) was dining in their establishment. Key to a good business is to treat employees better than the customers.

Wings are made fresh to order. Because of that the wait is automatically 15-20 minutes. Should order via the app beforehand to avoid the wait. The wait is worthwhile though to have something made fresh. Lemon pepper is terrific. The fries are cut fresh each day and so good. Wish I lived closer bc Id be there every week.

Wing stop is my place to eat they have good wings the services good I love the people in there they very personal and the wings Are very good. Your help is very nowledgeable ..Triance and Marc are two that know but the other workers are also niece .So if want good wings thats the place to go.

Decent value for meals but a 30 minute estimate for an online pick up order gradually turns into an additional 30 minutes of you standing around inside the place waiting for them to finish. Not the place to use if on a schedule. But if you have the time, the food is pretty good.

First time here with my husband,Wings are great,The girl at the counter was super helpful and wicked nice same as the guy cooking! Very nice to walk into all smiles and our order was great I ordered bonkess mango habanero he ordered garlic park wings both were Delish!

911 to the owners your not going to be in business for long. Horrible management it took way to long to get my food. Staff stands around doing nothing but complaining. Except for one young gentlemen. I would never go back to this business again. What a disaster!!!

Went to Randolph location with my 4 year old to have a quick stop to eat.. VERY unprofessional staff.. started to physically fight with one another in the restaurant and have vulgar language.. I actually got up and just got my money back .. poor poor service

I put an order in while at work at 9:20PM, showed up an hour later to just get a refund since they claimed they could see the orders on the register but did not receive it in the kitchen. Before I realized that it was already too late to get anything else.

Came in after work to get a quick bit. I ordered tenders and fries while my boyfriend got traditional with fries as well. We sat and waited for a good 40 minutes to get our food. Meanwhile people that had came in after got food first. Never again.

Been 3 times. Tasty wings, generous portions of veg. Dont care for the french fries. Problem was that each of the 3 times I went, there were at least 5 people working and it took over a half hour on each occasion to get my order.
