Usually when a restaurant or any business makes a mistake they own up and fix it at no charge. Absolutely appauled by the "customer service" here. When my order was delivered incorrectly it was going to be fixed at an additional cost to me. Even after repeating my order twice to the person on the phone. It still arrived incorrectly. Why would I want a credit? Nevermind to go back? The attitudes and tbe way the situation was handled was nothing but immatute. Way to go guys.

Terrible! We ordered pizza for delivery at 5:30 on a Sunday and we told that it would take an hour. Pizza finally showed up at 7:15 and it was ice ice cold. There are way too places that deliver hot food in the amount of time they tell you to every bother with Capones again.

Ordered a steak n cheese sub. Meat was very tough. Pizza is ok. Service is not great. Would not refund money for a messed up order on their part. Its also one of the more expensive sub shops in the area.
