Awful experience and the owner/manager made no effort to resolve the issue or compensate. I placed an order over the phone of my usual order and when I arrieved to pick up, there was a hand written sign saying cash only. Now I very rarely have cash so this was inconvenient considering the woman never told me that on the phone. So i had to leave and make an extra trip to my bank to use the atm only to call the place again because she never told me the cost of my order. Once I finally arrived for the second time and expressed my troubles she was not sympathetic and said she did tell me it was cash only, (lies) and didnt have a comment when I said she didnt tell me how much the order was. Left empty handed, very disappointed.

The credit card machine was broken, never said anything about it when I called in the order, then after having to walk there their best idea to solve the problem was, "cant you just go to the atm?" Now instead of having to pay nearly $4 at an ATM just to get money for the food I already have to pay for I went to my bank. And after all of the that I had to go through due to something the owner neglected to tell me, the owner didnt offer a discount, or any consolation what so ever. When asked about compensation, she argued with me and said it would be full price or no food. I ate somewhere else.

The best food around my husband loves the special steak and its huge!!!! My kids love the chicken finger dinner and the pizza is the best!!!! And the staff is friendly and remembershe everyone who goes regularly

Delivery drivers write in bigger tips, delivery charge of 3 dollars, they will scam your credit card and deny it. The retaurant has gone down hill the 10 years i have lived in this town. Avoid at all costs.

Minervas has always been one of my favorites. Great subs, generous portions. Id recommend the turkey sub, or eggplant parm sub. The pizza is alright, the bbq chicken pizza is the best around.
