I visited tonight for dinner with my mother and was treated very nicely by all of the staff there! We had the charcuterie plate and oysters to start, and it was a fantastic beginning to our meal. The salmon was smoked in house, and the chefs and restaurant manager worked together to make a delicious fig spread and a great date spread. For my main course I had the duck breast entree, which balanced flavors very well between the jus, the marbled balsamic reduction pumpkin/potato mash, kale, and savory cranberry sauce. My mom had the kale salad, which was hearty and had a bold variety of nuts and fruits mixed together with the kale (I regret not trying it--it looked delicious). To finish things off we shared the flaky pecan tart and my favorite dessert: the heavenly creation, which is a mini molten lava cake over vanilla bean creme brulee. Our server Melinda was very knowledgable and friendly, and took great care of us throughout the meal in a professional way that still made me feel at home. All of the staff were very lovely and enhanced my moms and my experience. At the end Melinda made me a Bistro rewards card because we both know Ill be back in the restaurant soon!

This restaurant failed to live up to its hype. We were seated promptly at a high table not to far from the bar. Unfortunately, it was so cold that penguins would have complained...as if that would have done any good. We just ate with outdoor jackets on. Next, we played the beer guessing game. I would order one and the pleasant waitperson would say "Sorry, we are out of that one". Frustrating. My Kale salad was basically inedible. Dont you have to use baby kale if you are going to serve it raw? Anyway, a goat could not have chewed it. I also ordered a delightful looking $24 lobster pasta dish. Looks can deceive, however, since the dish had absolutely no taste (had to pour on salt and pepper), and the scant pieces of lobster were so over-cooked they were only slightly more chewable than the kale. We really wanted to like this restaurant since it is near our home, but alas, our cooking is so much better. Oh....and I finally did find a beer that was in stock!

We have dined here numerous times over the past few years, and our recent experience was no exception: we have yet to have a meal here that we didnt truly enjoy, nor have we had anything less than outstanding service. Im continually impressed at the quality and creativity of the entrees. Appetizers, desserts, and drinks are all top shelf. Weve had numerous visits for a couples night out, as well as family celebration meals ranging from report cards to graduations to confirmations to other special occasions. One Bistro has earned a spot as our family favorite.

Was here for a work conference. Had some good local craft beer options. Menu is on the pricier side imo for hotel restaurant. Presentation of food was good. I ordered the calamari appetizer. Calamari was good, my one complaint being, the tentacles portion were all fried into one piece. For my main entrée, I ordered the shrimp scampi which was delicious. Shrimp was cooked perfectly and jumbo sized. The dish cost $24, but closer to $18 quality.

Food was very good! I was in the area and wanted a nice sit-down lunch, and this was great for that. Probably a good dinner spot too, although I didnt look at the menu that far. I was honestly a little sad to hear the table opposite us complain to two servers and eventually the manager about what they perceived as a very long wait. We arrived before they did, and had no complaints. Nor were they in any particular hurry. We enjoyed our visit!

I look at the online menu, on OpenTable and saw 3 items I could pick from. when there is found out that none were on the menu (ribeye steak, short rib and a full lamb rack). The waitress apologized but didnt even bother to find out if there was something be done. We walk out not eating and very disappointing

Went here for lunch, the bistro trio is a great take on the usual soup and salad. Had an amazing seasonal mixed drink as well. Dont let the fact that its in a hotel fool you, this is a great place to stop for food.

Very disappointed the filet mignon was very small and burnt, not worth $35 :( and the 12 oz steak with french fries, blue cheese and herbs had no favor not worth $28!! Not sure if I would eat there again!!

The tablecloth had syrup on it when we sat down, the wait staff and hostess were rude and we waited over forty five minutes for pancakes. Not worth going.
