Such a bad experience. As a people in hotel industry, I would say this is a horrible place with unacceptable customer service, both manager and server. Last Sunday, my friend and I went there. When I finished my first round of sushi, my friend felt that one piece of her sashimi is not good. She left that piece in her plate, while she finished the others. We know their "robber rule": if you leave one piece in your plate, you need to pay $1 a piece. So, the server came and refused to take our plate unless we eat it or pay it. My friend and I was surprised. The last piece of sashimi did look un-fresh and she has tried a little bite and felt so bad. But, the rude service insisted. He said if his manager believes the sashimi is good, we have to follow the rule. Then, our rude manager came and told us the sashimi is "good". He is a Chinese too, but I didnt feel any respect and friend as we came from the same country. One more thing is when we tried to ask for check a little bit early while I was eating my last 2 piece of the last round, because we have another appointment that day. The rude server came again and said we cant have check before we 100% finished our plate. What a ridiculous rule! What a bad customer service! I will never come again and for people who are going to taste their rules, please have a strong stomach and finish your complete plate!

The food is okay, but the service was horrible. Especially when they would charge a two year old boy $10 for playing with the empty edamame shells. The server did asked me if he was gonna eat anything when we walk in and I said no. I didnt want the little one running around bothering other customers so he was playing with the empty edamame shells but the server said that he was eating it. I told the server guy that he was just playing with it, and he argues that everyone saw him eating it. I told him he was playing with it, the server said food are to eat not to play with, well guess he never had any kid because he dont know that kid do play with foods. It soooo ridiculous that I have to pay 10 dollars for the little to play with empty edamame shells, we did not wasted any of the food and was trying to be nice but they arent nice at all. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!! if you any go there please check your check make sure they dont charge you randomly!!!!!

This is easily my familys go-to place for sushi (and we drive about 40min to get here). While the sushi buffet is a bit pricey at $24/adult, it is a great bargain for the quality of food served here. It is also one of the few places I have been to that serves sashimi (raw fish without rice) whereas as most places insist on nigiri (with rice) so you can quickly fill up on it. Food was very fresh. Server was attentive and friendly. Also, very accommodating for our 6month old (clean high chair and made space for his stroller). People have to understand that to keep costs low on this style of dining, they have to enforce their rules. No sharing and no waste (you can even see the lengths the sushi chefs have to go through to make sushi cuts and sushi rice; its not easy). Definitely a must-try to get your occasional sushi fix. Come during the week as weekends are very busy with a long wait.

Went there for dinner tonight, food was good BUT. I brought my father inlaw and his girlfriend who has never tried sushi before, so she got a roll and ended up not liking it so naturally someone els was going to eat it. We where stared down the ENTIRE time, and made to feel very very uncomfortable. The owner I believe, actually came around the corner to make sure no one was actually sharing. The waiter we had , checked under our napkins on our plates before he took our plates away to make sure we ate everything on our plates. Oh, and there was a little wait when we first arrived and he told us to go wait in the small waiting area so we did, 10 minutes go by and my father inlaw went to ask how long the wait would be and he pretty much kicked him out and said he was get him when it was ready. I will not be returning due to lack of respect and very poor customer service.

Horrible!!!! They rushed us. They gave my daughters entree while we still were trying to enjoy our appetizer. There was no room on the table for all of these ridiculous plates. I asked to have them wrap up the appetizer while my daughter was eating her entree. My entree came about 7 minutes later... Their timing was completely off. I began to eat my entree and didnt like it so I asked the manager if he could take it off my check. He said "no" because theres nothing wrong with it "it is fresh"...I wasnt arguing about that.. I just thought it was vile and didnt want to eat it. He said hed wrap it up for me and I said I didnt want it because I didnt like it. He never apologized. He offered for me to order something else but we know that old chestnut! I just wanted out of there! Im never ever going back there again... Good news travels fast.. Bad news, faster!!

Just went tonite to this restaurant ! What a disaster and the rudest manager I have ever met ! Only one person in our group of 3 received their Sushi , we went in at 7:20 and at 8:45 2 of us had no sushi. We continually asked the servers for our order . When we finally tried to leave they brought it to our table , when I said we wanted to leave they wanted me to pay $1 a piece to pack up an order we never recorded !! Manager was rude and even tried to give our table away while we were still waiting on our orders . Stay away - its a more pleasurable experiences to enjoy a reputable restaurant than a $20 all you can eat restaurant . We ate nothing and he still made us pay the bill

one of my favorite places to eat in Foxboro area. It is an all you can eat Sushi place if you want it or you can order from the menu if you dont feel like stuffing yourself. The place is fairly small and very popular so dont be thinking that you will arrive here at 7pm on Friday or Saturday and be able to get in... youll wait an hour. There are many all you can eat sushi places... but very few give you quality fish for your money - this place gives great quality for a fairly low price. If you like all you can eat sushi, try it.

Rudest wait staff I have ever encountered. I was told I was "not allowed" to eat the food that was the shared appetizer on the table. Further, I was watched like a hawk the entire rest of the meal to ensure I didnt. So uncomfortable. Despite ordering my own meal and drink, I guess my friends are not allowed to share food with me at the same table? Absurd. The waitress grabbed my drink away from me and I had to ask her to give it back because I was not finished. Awful, uncomfortable experience. Would never go back.
