I ordered the food in the evening after hard working day. They delivered the food but NO Knife or Fork When you are hungry and this happned you get upset as natural process. I washed my hands and eat the food with hands noodles and soup and chicken I ate about 20% food and OF COURSE FOOD IS TERRIBLE. Cheap food is understandable but this food cannot be consumed. i called with cold 80% remaining food and asked money back The Manager / Owner denied the refund. Next time ask for knife and fork .

3.0 star rating due to blatant overcharging. Look for same review across the web. 11/10/2014 Menu in store and online are cheaper than walk -in ? Does not make sense to me. Not really an atmosphere for sit in but WHY would you penalize someone with charging them higher prices for walk in business? Loss of a star for being ripped off. Rik E. I guess get a menu and go out to lot and call in order?? Absurd. When questioned the answer made no sense.

My wife and I had been looking for a great Chinese food restaurant to get take out from. Disappointed with the local flavor, we tried one town over and discovered the Pearl Café in Grafton. The restaurant itself is small, and reminiscent of an "strip mall pizza place." The décor does not affect the food. We feel in love with the food immediately and went back a 3 weekends in a row.

Food is always delicious here, owners are exceptionally helpful, my car broke down outside their place and they not only came out and helped out to fix it, but they let us keep the car there overnight when we couldnt fix it and a tow truck wasnt available until tomorrow.

The food is great. It tasted amazing, and comes in very large platters. I had a vegetarian meal with my family, and it was great, they accommodated to my vegetarian needs.
