Dental: Just got back from my initial in-take/consultation and I can not begin to explain how thrilled I am to have found this place. The office is gorgeous, modern, peaceful and serene. Every one of the staff that I encountered (from reception, to assistants, to dentist, to financial planner) are genuine, kind, pleasant, friendly and cheerful. I am overwhelmingly excited to find a practice that functions on similar values to my own. Organic coffee, tea, or infused water in the waiting room. Herbal mouth rinses in the bathroom. They are still a legit, functioning dental practice so there are x-ray machines and all of the modern equipment youre used to. Dentistry isnt a cheap endeavor and as far as I can tell, their prices fall right in line with quality work in the rest of the industry. I scheduled 3 follow up visits to have my mercury fillings removed and replaced with a bio-compatible filling. Ill also receive a detox consultation to help rid myself of the left over heavy metals. They offer a huge variety of services to compliment the dental practice. There is a spa, massage, reiki, mind body psychotherapy, whole food cafe, sauna. They do have a patient "advocate" who comes in to talk to you and yes, there is an element of sales in the conversation. That being said, they are a varied business with a zillion offerings and treatment options. Its nice to know whats available to you and if they dont share that information, the services wont get used! Take what youre interested in and leave the rest! If you are moving toward living a healthier, more natural life- do yourself a favor and book a consultation here. I drove 2 hours each way to visit them and Ill happily do it again for my upcoming visits.

I have been to Groton Wellness for facials a couple of times and while the facial itself is nice, the atmosphere is not very relaxing. Recently I went in for their "Spa Retreat" day expecting a relaxing, pampering experience. It was about as far from relaxing as it could be. I was rushed in to the first treatment room as soon as I walked through the door by a less than happy reception person. Then each treatment felt rushed and to seal the stressful ordeal, the lunch that was supposed to be included was so rushed that I didnt even have time to eat half of the salad before they asked me to box it up and move along. It was pretty much a waste of $300. It is really too bad that this spa is so poorly run. The area could really use a nice spa. I guess its back to Boston for the nice spas.

I cannot recommend Groton Wellness high enough. Dr. Evans has been my dentist on and off for over 25 years. His dedication to a quality experience is very impressive. Its worth the one hour drive from Boston to get there. I stayed with Newton Wellesley Dental in Newton for a couple of years, hoping to avoid the new commute to Groton, but it wasnt worth the wait. The more I visited them (without Bob there any longer) the more I realized the unique service which Dr. Evans and his dedicated staff provide. Try it. You definitely will never regret going there. So Bobs son Chris Evans is Captain America. Maybe that makes him Dr. America. I think so.

I live in Warren, RI....yes 1.5 hours away, BUT this place is worth it. The dental practice is biological so they look at your body as a whole machine if you will, which makes total sense! They have a Dental Dream Day package where you get a paraffin wax treatment on your hands while they do the dental work, then a 60 minute spa session. I love their clay baths, massages, and lymph drainage massage....all great. But what I love the most if that werent enough already is the food! Their cafe is amazing. You have to try the $5 dollar coffee it is extraordinaire! I would keep typing if I had to explain everything, just go!

I made a mistake of getting braces for my son at Groton Wellness. Not only its probably more expensive then most places and they dont take any dental insurance but also the orthodontist is available only once a week. We had at least 3 or 4 instances when we needed to see the doctor and either had to wait for 3-5 days or take the poking wire out of my sons mouth by ourselves. Im also not sure if the tearing wire in your braces is a normal thing. Needless to say that I wont be doing this for my other children. The orthodontist needs to be within a reasonable drive time and available.

I finally had my mercury fillings out and am so relieved. My blood pressure, after decades of being too low, stabilized right away, much to my amazement. I had never expected that, and asked my doctor to check it again. Was hard to believe, but true. Then Bonnie gave me the most impressive facial. She took care of problems on my skin that I thought were permanent. My skin looks better than it has in years. I cant believe what she accomplished in one session, but I will keep traveling the 3 hours each way to get my facials from her. She is that good. Wow.

LOVE this place. I have seen their esthetician Bonnie several times for facials and brows. I love the natural products she uses, and am always thrilled with the results. I take my teenage daughter with me, and while one of us gets the treatment, the other has lunch at the fabulous café in their lobby--so yummy, all fresh. It has become our favorite mommy-daughter treat. Pros: great services, clean, café on site, polite/friendly staff, plenty of parking. Cons: Wish they had more locations! We drive 30 minutes to get there.

Ive been going to this practice for several years on and off. I travel about 75 miles one way and every time I try to find a place closer to home that provides the same level of service, attention to detail and staff friendliness/professionalism, they all fall short. I like their stance on how to get and remain well in a world full of toxins that dont belong in the human body, never mind your mouth.

I have been going to Groton Wellness for several months and I see Wendy for treatments. She is extraordinary. She is extremely knowledgeable, very kind and thoughtful and she is wonderful with the treatments. Everyone in the center is very nice and the atmosphere is very peaceful and soothing. Everyone is helpful and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend Groton Wellness.

I can not say enough good things about Groton Wellness. I live in Watertown, Ma where there are dentists on every corner, and drive an hour just to have my teeth cleaned here. Every detail of this place is infused warmth and the quality of the work is incredible. I would never trust my teethe and anyone else. HIGHLY recommend!

Oddest health-related appointment I ever had. High pressure sales "meeting" with non-medical staff was more detailed and attentive than the quick and cursory dental exam. New age dentistry seems more focused on patient wealth than dental health.
