This is a new eatery in North Providence that is a bit hidden. It is small with an interesting layout. The bottom level is a tiny pub. There is a cafe in a side wing and a cozy dining room on the top level. The dining room is is pleasant, comfortable, and well decorated. We visited for dinner. For the most part our food was very flavorful. I had fish and chips with a side caesar salad and my wife had shrimp and scallop scampi over linguini. The side caesar, although generous, was unremarkable. The dressing was without the flavors of garlic and anchovies of a good caesar. The portion of fish was also generous and excellent. My wife found her dish delicious but dry. A bit more sauce would have made it perfect.

Well my expectations were a bit off. Portions small, mashed potatoes lumpy/ sticky, served wrong drink and when I told staff I was supposed to get the pear sangria that I wanted ..i had to wait only to be told after the wait that they were out of the ingredients to make the drink I had originally requested.. then to top it all off the staff had to get Owner to approve and he wasnt to happy he had to knock off a whole $10 off the bill... such a face he made.. :(... what happened to customer satisfaction... oh well last and only visit to TC... btw customers dining near us were not to happy either .. so what does that tell yall. EOS..

We came here for lunch, the nachos were delicious, but the two plates we ordered werent the same. Any time Ive been heres, Ive never had the nachos the same. Then, four people got different types of fries, and all of them came out wrong except for one. One person in our group even told them the fries they gave them were wrong and they still brought out the wrong fries the second time. Also, one of the two burgers we ordered was very well done, basically charcoal. Fortunately, they gave us free dessert which is why I give them a halfway decent rating.

food took longer then expected they said our ticket was misplaced, a little cramped but our waitress Jennifer was really pleasant. my Tumbler burger looked good but was burnt and had no flavor. Waitress A+ food C

Beautiful decor with food to match and admirable service. Decent prices too. Would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing breakfast away from disturbances.
