I suggest all to avoid this location for the time being. Several times the quality has been sup-par when compared to other locations. Today, we explicitly said that our order of 3 bowls were to be the same. Instead, we only got one bowl that ended up correct. Another thing to note is that the portion they serve is not exactly generous. While this may differ from person to person, the portion served has frequently been the minimum. Whoever is in charge of management for this location needs to reevaluate how orders are served and to make sure that the orders being made is correct TO THE LETTER. It cannot hurt for these people to ask and to confirm, even if its for every little thing. It is much better to simply make sure the order is correct than to rush it off like youre trying to make the quota.

#Greatcustomerservice Okay so, tough day... the boys lost a couple of tough games in a basketball tournament. So we manage to catch the Chipotle in Woburn, MA still open. Its literally 13 minutes before closing. And when you would expect the employees to have an attitude like, Jeez, were about to close. Why dont these people get a life? Its late. We received the COMPLETE OPPOSITE treatment. We ran into Miguel, who was outstanding. Its almost like he sensed that we needed a pick-me-up and he commence to it. What a get attitude! I HIGHLY recommend this location and if you are lucky enough to see Miguel, tell him I sent you.

Probably the worst meal I have ever gotten from chipotle. I have had some great experiences with others but it seems ones in this area think they dont need to give you more than two bute fills of food. Both of the bowls I got are not even half filled with food. The kid making the bowls seemed as if he was putting as little as possible. I think chipotle needs to come up with a method of deciding how much people get at every chipotle, Ive gone to some and had a overload of food and then find to others and didnt even get close to my moneys worth. Probably wont be visiting again.

Just went to pick up food that I ordered at 10:00am at 12 and the food was 45 minutes late. I had to stand in a zoo for 45 extra minutes....and on top of that when it finally arrived there were NO sauces, NO guac, not enough chips, and food was opened in the box and put together wrong. It was a TERRIBLE experience. This place sucks. To further the situation the manager was too much of a wuss to come out and talk to people, he hid in the kitchen when asked for....TERRIBLE

Excellent customer service! A mistake was made on my order and was rectified by a free meal. Unheard of these days! The meal (chicken tacos) was great, incidentally. I have to complement management for a great product/service and intelligent business sense. Keep up the good service. Will be back when in Woburn again.

I love burritos and Chipotle, most of the time. My company often calls orders in the to Woburn location. Unfortunately, I have never received what I asked for which is disappointing. Somewhat understandable, as the location is so packed all the time. Something is bound to slip.

Extremely expensive for what you get. Food is better than Taco Bell, but not enough for the price. The steak was pretty dry. Menu is small, few choices. Staff typical of fast food. Atmosphere and cleanliness typical of fast food. Really nothing to justify the high prices.

People are wick of rude. When I was ordering i pointed my finger at wat i wanted on my burrito and they said to me.DONT POINT YOUR FINGER AT THE FOOD. They made me feel humiliated and very uncomfortable that I had to walk away.horrible

Really enjoyed the sofrita tacos! Restaurant was clean and well maintained and counter staff was helpful and friendly. Parking is a bit cramped next to the restaurant but the shopping plaza has more than enough spots available.
