Good neighborhood bakery with coffee, breakfast, and lunch. When the weather is nicer we try and sit outside, and we almost always run into friends - its fun to pack a bunch of kids onto the long bench, quiet them with a few loaves of banana bread, and catch up with friends. It would be a great place to sit and get work done (quiet on weekdays between morning and lunch rush) but sadly they have no Wifi and no outlets.

3 "stars" is hopefully only temporary. Sad to report that this bakery/cafe that excels in pastries and knows how to properly roast its take-out whole chicken cant hold back on the salt in their spice mix for that chicken. Yes, give it an interim pass: its a place that does so much so well. But urge them to hold back on that salt! No one needs that much of it!

LOVE this place. The owners are very welcoming and really know their stuff. The food is always exceptional. I love their sandwiches and their baked goods. My toddlers love going there because there mac and cheese is out of this world. My personal favorite is their sticky bun bread pudding - YUM!

Very poor customer service. We drove nearly 45 minutes to get there, once arrived the hostess said to us that we needed to wait an additional 30 minutes to be sited; even though there were tables available. We then proceeded forward and took our business elsewhere.

Id seen this shop on Chronicle a while back and knew I had to get there. I was SO happy to see wafer thin chocolate chip cookies. So delicious! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the 2 employees at check out. No smiles. No verbal communication.

Lovely place with carefully made foods and astounding desserts. My wife and I have been going there for years and absolutely love it. Try going there on a weekend for brunch and getting the eggs benedict, you may just find your new favorite brunch spot!

Just ordered a grilled cheese sandwich: both swampy and tough, a very boring and simple sandwich that is far too overpriced for 8 dollar. Highly not recommended.
