PROS: Large list of coffee flavors, which rotate Large variety Ample parking Large iced coffee is extremely large Takes debit/credit cards Plenty of seating CONS: Coffee is typically bitter and never smooth (could be Norton water quality) Bagels are barely brown Asking for toasted dark doesnt seem to make a difference $0.25 charge if credit is under $10 Overall, its nice to support a local chain. However, I wish the output was better on bagels and the coffee could be less bitter

Meh. They seemed very disorganized. Coffee and Bagel were only so so. While a step up from Dunkin, they are not as good as I had hoped. I arrived at a busy time and there was no clear indication where to go to place an order. I will come back in a bit and see if they improve. They could be just what the town needs, but they are not there yet.

For a self identified bagel connoisseur and addict, I have to say the selection and quality of bagels... & cream is fantastic. The coffee, smoothie and other drink selection is also superb. Would recommend to anyone who likes coffee, bagels, or breakfast/brunch foods in general. Keep doing what you do Bagels & Cream!

From homemade muffins, cream cheese and more, awesome bagels, stuffed chicken wraps, great coffee. It is all great. The only thing to change is add ore cesar dressing to the chicken wrap, you can hardly taste any sauce. Prices are mostly reasonable. The hungry man breakfast sandwich is hugh.

First and last visit - apparently their policy is to toast all bagels which I didnt know or want - got my bagel home and the garlic bits on top are burnt and inedible- and the workers were a bit rude. Paid $3.08 for a bagel I ended up trashing. No thanks.

Good run of the mill breakfast joint... Go ahead ask whats with all the change on the chair rail.... Interesting At the end of the year all the change gets added up and donated to a charity...

Love the BLT on an everything bagel with a side of bagel chips for less than $6.00 the bagel melts are delicious and affordable. There is a wide selection of iced coffees and smoothies.

Great small business breakfast shop. Very fresh and multi flavored bagels. Sandwiches are also very good. A little indoor seating is available with normal breakfast condiments.

Its a great place for a quick snack, plenty of space and quite clean. The smoothies are very good, and is always a good choice for coffee.

Service is terrible, employees have a difficult time doing anything besides taking your money. Skip this place go next door to honey dew

Fresh brewed coffee with tons of flavors. Sandwiches are fresh and made with home made bagels and croissants. Highly recommended this.

Underwhelming coffee. "Fruit"smoothies from a box. Kinda like Dunkin Donuts with nicer decor - quite unfortunate.
