Same issue that Victoria had, great waitstaff, great food, but the manager needs to go, she was extremely rude. My girlfriend ordered the ultimate nachos, as she has had them before at the location on route 1, and loves them. When she got them at the one in Saugus, they didnt come with chili on them. When we got the one in nashua, it did. My girlfriend doesnt eat beef, so we politely told her that we didnt see that it had said that, and apologized, and informed her because we ordered the same thing at another location, we assumed it would be the same, and was wrong. Well, excuse the hell out of me, because the next 5 minutes we got berated from what I assume to be the manager there, saying that the menu says it comes with chili, "did you read the menu, it says it comes with chili, which has beef in it". We got told this 3 times in a row, talking down to. Like seriously, youre really talking down to me for misreading the menu? Youre 40, and basically a manager at a fast food restaurant, youve made A LOT of bad life choices. I think you can cut me some slack on missing something on the menu.

Wow I am actually super impressed with the service here! I frequent another buffalo Wild Wings and though I deal with mostly the second staff there, they have come to know me and therefore I have good service. However I know this cant be said for many people who visit once in a while and get bad sercive. With that said, this buffalo wild wings has blown me away with their amazing service. Kind and many staff came around to check how our visit was. I can already see this buffalo wild wings standing out from the crowd. They definitely have a great staff! I will be back! Also, anyone who didnt have a good service, please understand that this is a brand new location. Its just one of those things where if you arent happy, please address it to the manager. Sometimes bad service just happens. But with a brand new store its hard to get food out right away. Thats just the way it is. To make note we ordered some wings and a kids meal with drinks. Drinks came out right away and food was about 10 minutes. Amazing!

I am a server at this location, and I can finally say for the first time in a long time.. I LOVE MY JOB! No, I am not getting paid to write this review. I genuinely love my job. I love the team of people I work with, as well as the new and returning guests that we have the pleasure of waiting on every single day. I cannot say enough about this company. We have only been open for less than 3 weeks, so we are still learning each and every day! I promise you will have a great experience at the Nashua, NH Buffalo Wild Wings location! Would give it less if I could. Been sitting here for over an hour waiting on just wings. Im sorry but its not busy and there is a table who was seated after us and already has food they have the same party size . Our food is in boxes as we cannot wait. Food not warm for something that just came out. Never have boneless chicken wings taken 1.5hrs to come they are usually apps for Christ sakes. The waiter was all apologies only after we said we wanted our food in boxes. Nothing to rectify, manager never came by. Maybe if an attempt was made to rectify poor service we would come back, but nothing so nope NEVER COMING BACK.

Worst service ever. i will never go there again. Servers kept coming to our table with other peoples orders atleast3 times. Saw it happen 3 more times to other customers waiting in our area. we placed our order waited about an hr before it came out. When it did my order was wrong that was another 10min. they seated us outside without asking us first. We had people yelling over our table who were shopping in the mall talking to restaurant customers! So rude... terrible idea putting that set up out there... staff was a disaster, dont think non of them new what there job was..

The wings and big TVs for game watching are the obvious draw and its a good Sports Bar addition for the area. However, the service and ticket time in the food can be slooow. We popped in for what we thought would be a quick large order (20) of wings at 215pm in a Saturday. Since there wasnt a wait to get in and there were open tables, we were surprised it took 20 min for just wings. I mean... its what they do. You would think they would have that part down. Hopefully they will get the kinks worked out soon.

The food was great we went on a Tuesday for the half off wings special we were told that all wings were half off so I purchased two orders of wings. The bill came back at full price because they were Boneless. Only thing was we were not informed that the Boneless ones were half off and it would have been nice if we knew it was only the Traditional wings. I havent had a bad experience at Buffalo Wild Wings before but I feel that I got played to pay more that I thought i was getting a deal on.

Had the worse experience for my first time going there, we ordered 2 large wings and a burger which we waited for over an hour to receive after many complaints to the manger he (Greg) accommodated us by taking off 6.00 off the bill. We got to the establishment around 7 didnt receive our food to almost 830. Customer service here is at a all time low, the food was cold and the cost was high for services that we failed to receive. I do not recommend going to this place.

poor service. waited 40 minutes for drinks and appetizers our main course arrived at the same time. very expensive for not very good food. cost me $40 for snack portion of boneless chicken (that i didnt even eat because it was not good) and a cheese burger and 2 beers. I could have eaten at a much nicer place with better food for the same price or cheaper. I will not be going back.

They dont know what Caesar Salads are. On the menu its listed as having Caesar side salad under their salad section. Said they could do chicken Caesar salad, but not Caesar salad. Was told I could get a plain side salad with Caesar dressing on the side, I said thats fine. Ended up receiving two garden salads. Not even close. Theyre wings are good, but theyre confused by salads.

went in to try out the new restaurant in town. great selection of beers and the menu had a lot of options other than wings. Our waitress let us know wings were a popular item that night and there was a long wait for them so we decided to order burgers and received them within 10 minutes. Well be back in for wings at another time but were happy with our first experience.

I wish I could tell you how their food was but after waiting 45 minutes for a table and another 50 minutes for a small chicken finger we received the wrong order with no apology or estimate to the wait. Worst dining experience of the decade.
