Its an IHOP, great place when you want breakfast anytime of the day. Went there for Brunch. Had to wait about 5 minutes for the hostess to come to the desk to seat us. Once we were seated, the waitress came over and immediately got us coffee and took our orders. I ordered the low calorie blueberry wheat pancakes with scrambled egg whites and turkey bacon. It came out in good time however the egg whites were not ready but the waitress gave me the pancakes to start. about 5 minutes later the egg whites were delivered with the bacon, which actually worked out fine as I had just about finished the pancakes. Great place to go for breakfast anytime and nice servings

Watch out for the pancake specials. They are a good deal but if you vary at all from them they can be billed as a regular menu item at a higher price. Less for more. And to top if off, the server argued with me that this was my fault that I dont know their entire line of offerings. The difference in cost isnt a lot but it surprised me and when I brought it to the servers attention, I got flack instead of an apology and a refund of the difference. Not to seem petty but the food was also just so-so. I will travel down the road a bit and find a diner next time.

First let me say that the food is good and fresh - just what I would expect at 7am. The server, Kaylan is very good and attentive. HOWEVER, I think it is in very poor taste to do maintenance scrubbing during business hours. My entire meal was over shadowed by an employee scrubbing the floor tile. It was loud and rude. Although Im dining alone due to business travel, there were other couples who stopped talkimg because the scrubbing noise was too loud. Not a good start to the morning. Managers, this type of cleaning should happen during off hours.

Worst experience ever , Wait staff is rude and unfriendly , food is mediocre and u are absolutely not allowed to have more then one syrup per table it mus be a rule per the managers. I am very upset about this experience and will not be returning I work in food service too and this is not up to public standards Michelle is one the most unpleasant servers I have ever had

I live in Providence, a friend of mine lives in Boston. This is about equi-distant between those two places and so we meet up here about once a month to get dinner after work. The staff has always been polite/friendly, the food is good and the table/utensils/etc clean. Not sure what more you want as far as iHops go.

IHOP is a loyalty program! We always go back to them. This one is a busy location and on all visits, we had to wait to be seated. The staff is courteous, food helpings enormous and some of the best coffee in Boston served in a pot! Go for it.

The waitress sucked didnt listen to our order brought us cold food never refilled our drinks cheese on top of eggs should have been cooked not very good service been to ihop in several cities and states by far the worst I have been to .
