It took this place 3 times to get my order correct. By the 3nd lady I was not very happy. I waited the second time for them to make sure i called. The first time was horrible. I im sorry guys but selling old food is nasty. However Amanda the Manger who replaced my order the 3nd time did a wonderful job. My food was hot and fresh and just the way I order it. So everyone please be like that. No one wants to pay almost 3 bucks for a taco and have barely anything on it or have someone put something on it that someone cant have. So thank you Amanda for being a good person and doing the right thing.

Stopped in here recently. Overall, very satisfied. +Fresh Food +Served Warm +VERY Good AND Personable Service +Clean Dining Room +Serve Times Were Slightly High (To Be Expected) Regarding The Ticket Times, I Completely Understand the Circumstances and Still Think It Was Well Worth the Wait. Wish I could remember the name of the manager. Middle-aged guy working 2nd shift on a Tuesday afternoon. He was excellent with helping customers. VERY friendly. If you know his name, pass it along.

I just got my order home and it is the most discusting food I have ever gotton order was completely wrong there was nothing in my 7 layer burrito no rice hardly any beans . My son ordered 2 chicken chalopa supremes that where nothing but a crap load of guacamole in a burrito , no chicken what so ever. Not a very happy person .

Employees were giving out more attitudes then they were food to customers... The food took 45 min. It didnt taste good, And was cold when we got it, soda was completely flat and watered down... Complete waste of money! 4 months ago everything was great but todays overall will be the reason i never go back to this taco bell!!

They are struggling recently (April/May 2016) with a shortage of employees and management. Food quality/consistency is suffering. This comment is often volunteered by the staff themselves when you bring a complaint. Ive eaten here twice a week for years, so I know their regular rating world normally much higher.

Dont even bother to visit this Taco bell location, worst Taco bell that I have visited, even after reading so many bad reviews about wrong orders I went there just to find out that they are not going to change and will continue serving wrong orders. Never going back to this location again.

Food was yummy. But the wait was excessive. Like every other fast food place they put ALL the priority on the druve-through. It wasnt even peak time and the wait was more than 15 minutes. When asked an employee if something was causing the delay, they said "No" in a very nonchalant way.

This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. My family loves Taco Bell and we gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried this location three separate times -- every time took 20+ minutes for food to come out, and the place wasnt even busy. Dont go if youre in a hurry.

There was no wait when we went. We had a toddler with us, and they even made smaller-sized items for him to eat. He was able to run around, and the floor was very clean. They also have a changing table in the bathroom.
