I used to love Olive Garden, and thought it was reasonably priced for the amount of food - now neither of those is true. We are there last Friday, and the salad is a gross pile of mostly white lettuce with nothing in it - ours actually had a whole chunk (1/8 of a head) thrown in that was all white - I guess this is why it is all you can eat, because you wont want to eat much. Then I paid $18 for a mixed grill plate - steak and chicken - and I got a whopping 3 tiny McNugget sized bites of each - honestly, I dont think it was a total of 6 oz. of meat, along with about 6 asparagus spears that were undercooked, and a heap of garlic mashed potatoes, that I guess are pretty cheap to pile on. The food was OK, but honestly, quite a rip off given the portions. I was starving when I got there, and still left hungry - went home to have another small meal. I really used to love this place, but it is so big and busy, its like a factory now, and so is what they produce for food - designed for maximum profit, not to satisfy customers.

The food as far as portions where rather small. Tour of ITALY used to fill you up. So I felt RIPPED OFF....Thats right. Price same or more. Chicken parmesian was like the size of a silver dollar, which is what you should be paying, MICROWAVE meals , I can do @ home, Also free bread......why do u only give two. and enough sald for one half person. When there are 6 people @ the table...please count before you put bread on table. The worst thing was I have this feeling I was RUSHED through my meal. When the appetizer, comes with the main course and salad. Damn that is just wrong!!!. Feeling like I was a KFC/Burger King or McDonalds drive thru,,,,,,, OLIVE GARDEN REALLY Monday night, no one in the place, If you keep treating people like this business will surely go to places that are not chain restaurants. If you keep with this program signed concerned patron:( DJD

Place is like a twilight episode, includes amphitheatre, dinner is very noisy especially the bar tables, seems folks who come in are just loud talkers like all the staff. Sauce isnt that good, beware nickel and dime and bill errors. They added a salad that was included, $1.99 for table games that they are supposed to forewarn you and dont, shameful practice, $3.50 for a breadstick dipping sauce, and the dinners that are 12.99 and include a two fer have major add-ons. Check your bill and tell them to fix errors and game charge mis-representation. Staff needs to mature as well as visitors from being obnoxiously loud..just saying.....long wait for bill and side requests...you want a quiet decent place this isnt it.... It

Im a little biased because I dont like chain restaurants and prefer real Italian Food in places like the North End of Boston or Shrewsbury Street in Worcester. That being said, Ive never had a good meal at an Olive Garden. The meals are not horrible but just not good. Occasionally, Im dragged there by a friend and during my most recent visit to the Leominster location I had a horrible experience. Ordered the unlimited soup, salad & bread sticks which turned into a game of Wheres Waldo with our server. Had one shared bowl of salad and one bowl of soup then was given the check. Eventually found our waiter outside smoking when we were leaving.

Staff were nice, but they are being replaced by tablets at each table. My wife and I left our phones at home on purpose to get a way from tech. Ordered that spicy calamari and it was more likr 1/2 a portion of calamari and the other 1/2 jalapenos which the pic didnt look like. Stuffmushrooms where all the stuff sloppily fell off the side. Wife was missing her sundried tomatoes. My rosemary chicken was just chicken over cold fresh spinach. Not even a trace of rosemary. My garlic mash consisted of an entired sauteed garlic bulb. I think Chef BoyArdee does a better job at being Italian than OG.

My wife and I went out to the local Olive Garden this weekend but I was perturbed to see tablets on every table. We have a rule of no cell phones out at dinner time so we...you know....talk to each other...instead of a 5" screen. Ordering from the tablet was a novelty first, but became a distraction and ended up calling in the server(who was very nice). Shame on you Olive Garden for replacing staff with tablets...what next? Robots? Anyway, OG is probably off my list for casual dining in the forseeable future. Ps: food was ok, down rated for the experience.

The appearence and staff are well. The reason I go out to eat is to eat right. The public has no options in choosing salad dressing so your stuck with their vinegar or italian so they called it. The so called steak instantaneously flew out of my mouth rejected by my taste buds due to the pungent taste of paint thinner. To sum it up bringing my gf to olive gardens for her birthday was worse of an idea then bush being elected. The only two things they didnt fak up was the frozen bread sticks and wine. I Wouldnt let my dog eat their.

If you know what apathetic means, itll be the only word that comes to mind when you meet the staff of this place. Robots could do the job with more passion. The appetizers were nice, but the meals had that freshly microwaved appearance. I overheard another waitress talking about what foods were fresh and which were frozen. Wow. Im sorry all the family owned restaurants in the area didnt get my business today. All in all the food wasnt bad, but good isnt the right word either.

This place is indeed a high class place for you, your date, and your family... If you dont mind a very bad atmosphere and rude service then youll be OK. The servers and almost everyone there are rude, sound fake, like when you go to a house you werent invited. Come on idiots without us your customers you would unemployed!

Good example of the chain, if youve been to one Olive Garden youve been to them all. Never had to wait very long but we usually go for lunch. Always had good service. Personally, I hate the new payment kiosks that they put on the table now. Its taking the personal interaction out of the restaurant experience.

Second visit in a month. Service was outstanding both times. Food was delicious. We ordered shrimp/broccoli, shrim/asparagus. Appetizer we had calamari and stuffed mushrooms. Wildberry mojitos for drinks. I would give 5 stars but my booth seat and table where very small and my seat was in need of replacement.

This place is usually hit or miss. Last time we went the waitress was extremely attentive and pleasant. This time we sat at our table for at least 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. We walked out. Probably wont be going back until they can sort our their wait staff.

I have to give them 2 stars for the food but thats it!... The service sucks, workers there look at you like you can afford to be there, or like if you arent welcome... Really uninviting!... Thats why I havent come back!
