The man who answered my phone call was the rudest pig Ive ever spoken to in my life. I tried to order a calzone, which he told me they were out of. How does a pizza place, who makes their own dough, run out of calzones? So I told him I needed to check the menu again to make another selection. He huffed and puffed while I looked quickly at the menu again. I asked him what his problem was and he started ranting about how I cant talk to him like that and I should, and I quote "see what Ill do to your food now." Obviously I canceled my order. Rudest man Ive ever spoken to in my entire life.

I love their meatball with peppers &cheese, toasted. I love their Italian grinder with everything. I love their medium Petes Special pizza. I LOVE them. I do NOT like a couple of their personnel. Some are rude and couple others offer inconsistent fare. I would eat there five times a week if Mike the manager or two others there made the food every time. Consistency is what drives success in food service. Just called at 8:15p.m. on a Sunday and was told, rudely, "All out of food, all out of everything" and then hung up on. ???? Sad.

Just about the worst pizza place food ever. Are they trying to go out of business? Meatball grinder was not meatballs, it was the most bland meat sauce I ever had. No cheese, no taste and not edible. I tried the pizza instead - just as bad. No taste - bland. On top of that, I ordered an onion pizza and got a plain cheese. Ordered a small meatball and got a large. I should bring it back - maybe tomorrow. Too mad right now.

Very disappointed in my first experience. After almost 2 hours waiting for delivery, our food was cold and mediocre at best. Meatball sub had a funny taste to it, sort of like a dish soap after taste. Definitely over priced and not worth the long wait. Safe to say we will not be ordering from here again any time soon.

I love the grilled chicken salad here. I dont know if there is a seasoning or marinade on the chicken, but it is always flavorful and tender. They offer feta cheese with it and give you a half a round of homemade pita bread thats warm from the oven. Just heavenly. I know they make a decent gluten free pizza, too.

Very Rude - Rude on the phone and rude in person. Their food is good, but I had to boycott them for the past year because of the staff. The first time it happened, I thought it was because they were really busy, but after the 3rd rude experience, I learned this is how they treat their paying customers.

New management, same good food. Wed never found the previous owner to be rude, but can understand people being off-put sometimes. New owners are friendlier, and menu quality is very good still, perhaps a bit more varied. Glad to have this familiar institution remain in Shrewsbury.

We are vegetarians and checked with them before ordering. They served us food with bacon. Then they refused to recognize it. And nothing was discounted from the bill for their mistake. Spinach pie was just ok, and greek pizza was way too salty.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD. This piece of bone was found in my sub! I felt something sharp in the mouth and thankfully spit it out. Food has always been sub par but now with the risk of eating there ! - dont go there! Go anywhere but there.

Awful awful experience. I would NEVER order a pizza with these folks. Extremely rude on the phone. Messed up my Grubhub order and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Food was sub-par. Id give them 0 stars if that were an option.
