By far the worst place. A couple of friends and I were there last night and at first everything was fine up until closing time. The bartender at the time, was harassing my friends, literally demanding them to hurry up and finish their beers. Then another bartender tried yanking a full beer out of my friends hand. I understand the bartender wanted to get the glasses to wash, so she claimed, but we werent the only ones who still had beers in glasses. The bartender flipped out on us when she herd someone call her B****. I dont normally go out of my way to give someone a hard time over a bad experience but this was by far the worst.

Our band was hired to play a benefit gig Feb 11, 2010 sight unseen. Paid a visit a few weeks ago. Very pleasant surprise: comfortable, clean, fun mix of folks, guys and women. Sensible layout with bar partially separate from pool tables and the big projection TV for ballgames which doubles for band and dance floor. Very good acoustics, and 1st rate CD jukebox sound system. Hey - even the mens room was stylized! I suspect some new owners have turned what might have been a dive into a little gem for a local night out. Oh: cash only, but ATM on premises.

There on Sunday for the live jazz music. Very clean and comfortable. Had the homemade Haddock chowder. Absolutely to die for! Pool table, darts and more.
