The lady taking my order was rude and said "its gonna be one of those days" because I didnt know what I wanted. I had never been to Boston Market before so I wasnt aware of how the meals came. I tried to read the menu but felt rushed being that there was quite a line behind me, I didnt want to keep other customers waiting. spinach was good, mash and gravy was horrible and chicken was small portioned and bland. Just because thus particular Boston Market is in a rest stop and is going to get traffic no matter what does not mean they should treat customers like cattle and feed them mediocre food.

This location is a rest stop on the west bound side of the Mass Pike. It is not a full Boston Market, they do not offer everything that a Boston Market restaurant would offer. In fact, they have items on the menu that they dont offer at this location. Good was still good, just not a full menu.

We waited for at least 10 min and (with no one in front of us). The boy at the register never even acknowledged we were there waiting. We left after he finished "cleaning", he saw us and walked into the back area.... they lost our $80 order...

The person making the sandwiches made us a terrible sandwich, drenched in whatever sauce that is. Sloppy, and terrible. When we went back to get a new sandwich made, we asked that someone else make it - Manager didnt seem to understand...

Good food. I loved the chicken noodle soup, wonderful after a long road trip. The chicken was moist, not dry and the staff was very helpful. Only 4 out of five because it wasnt very clean.

I stop here often. And they seem to never open on time. The last time it wasnt till 11am they opened. Now i am still sitting here waiting for them to open again.. its 10:10 am 6/8
