Food was great, but the service was horrible. We were snubbed by our waitress the entire time. She acted like she was doing us a favor to take our order. It looked like she was only waiting on 2 tables and when the other group left she was totally MIA. She got the order wrong for my friend (which isnt the biggest deal ever) but she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to fix it. Never came back to the table after the food came waited for 30 min to give us the check, have us pay it, and give our cards back. And we had to flag down another waitress to get our check. Also, this was a Thursday night and no one was there. I dont think you have to have feigned enthusiasm but recognition that we are human beings and not treating us like the scum of the earth would be nice in a service industry.

Sat at the bar, and ordered appetizer and dinner. The appetizer was the fried pickles, so they say. What I got was a few strings of pickles and a whole bunch of batter. Than I ordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp and all I got was a plate of burnt chicken with no shrimp. Spoke with the manager and he wanted to make it right, so he offered to make my dinner again, which I elected to take out. I got home and opened my new dinner (again chicken and shrimp) all I got was 2 pigeon breast with a slice of cheese and still no shrimp. Well at least they didnt burn the chicken the second time around. Ive coming here for a long time, but its time to find some place new. I dont recommend this location anymore. Unhappy customer!!!

Be prepared for terrible service despite wonderful staff. The waiters are wonderful and attentive but unfortunately our order is always messed up somehow. We have also found that the entrees are normally not tasty and we stick to the appetizers, like the wings, and salads. The ribs are good however and with our stripes membership we sometimes get them for free. Unfortunately without the discounts I doubt we would come here very often. A word of warning as well about ordering food to go: your order will always take 30 minutes longer than they say it will and will ALWAYS be wrong. Then it will take them another 30-60 minutes to fix the order.

My husband and I use to go there all the time, but the last time we went there was March 11, our daughter had just come from Jamaica and we wanted to take her there seeing that she had never been to one before, we had the ribs which was good but the changed your choice of sides to potatoes and more potatoes!!! thats ridiculous, they took away the baked beans and something else, now they have eight sides i think and seven of them includes potatoes. Even though Im a stripe member I dont think we will be going back there until they have made some changes. Not to mention the mixed drinks, they changed those too!!

I love TGI Fridays food but I would not recommend this particular restaurant if ordering to go. You have to go to the bar to collect your food and wait for someone to notice you to pick up your order. Then they have to leave the bar to go find it and put it together for you. If the bar is busy, they are in no rush to do this. The last two times we got home with our order it was missing sauces and portions were cold. Like they all came out at separate times and waited for the rest of the order. I hope they read these reviews and can make some changes. But until then, dont bother with this location.

We were one of 8 other parties (36 people) waiting to be seated (waited 30 minutes) when there was 6 open tables in the restaurant and 2 open tables (cleared and cleaned). When we asked why, we were told a large party had the kitchen backed up and the manager to them to stop seating people.. We asked to be seated any way and were told NO. We went to Applebees who were equally busy but they seated in 15 minutes. The Manager should be fired and he missed the opportunity to seat us and sell us drinks while we were waiting on the kitchen to clearup.

I sat at the bar on Thursday Oct 9th, at 5:30, place was empty, ordered a beer, app and burger. App was late and burger never showed even after guy bartender went to check but didn’t respond back to me. Other people showed up and were served but no burger arrived. Bartending kids had time to goof around but no service concern. I eat at hundreds of restaurants each year for my job and have only had one other clown show in the last three years like this. I paid for all but my no show burger. This restaurant needs more grownups on hand.

We came to TGIFs with my family thinking of getting the endless apps. They went up 5 dollars since the last time we were here( about a month ago) now we were told we are not ALLOWED to share the apps! If they see us sharing the apps they will charge us!!!! The waitress told us (who was very nice) said the company doesnt want to do the endless apps anymore so because they are losing money so this way people stop ordering them!!! Unbelievable!!!! Talk about taking it out on your customers! Wouldnt waste my time here again!!!!

Had dinner there while traveling last night. While the service was great the food was not. I ordered the $26 Jack Daniels new York strip with shrimp. The steak was thin, though, and chewy. Not at all what I expected. The shrimp was totally unremarkable. The waiter was kind enough to subtract the price on my 20 Oz beer but I poetically should have demanded a refund for the steak. I was also surprised when the the waiter volunteered that about one of every ten stakes they sell results in a complaint. Very disappointing.

Slow service. It took ten minutes to be greeted by the two bartenders. The drinks my friends and I ordered had old with fruit in them. There were also flies around the bar. Lastly, we and the people behind us ordered drinks that required liquor out of the cabinet but the one manager on duty didnt have the key to access the cabinet and did not even show his face to apologize nor compensate.

I would come here pretty often, so I was disappointed to find out they ran out of boneless wings before 5 one night. On top of that, got slow/rude service after we actually decided to stay and were overcharged. Definitely wont be going back as this wasnt the first time service was terrible but they still manage to lose people with such a good promo. Damn shame

Decent chain restaurant food. Watch what you order if youre counting calories though. There are lots of dishes that look good, but are total calorie bombs. We went with a group of 13 people, 7 of whom were kids on a Sunday night. The staff was accommodating, but the service was slow, which was somewhat surprising since the place was pretty empty.

Service and food were unacceptable. Waited almost an hour for food for adults. Three kids were served in a half hour, 3 adults served in one hour, 4th adult served 15 min after the other adults. Rice was not cooked. Drinks sat on bar for 15 minutes, then bartender brought them not waitress. The place was nearly empty. Wont go back.
