I never heard of a KFC where they tell you "what they have left for chicken" and you pick from the list --- when they are still open 6 more hours. Theyre not going to make more chicken until they sell every piece they already cooked. Then the pieces you settle for because they dont have what you came for, are ancient. They are very dark from sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The crust actually "shatters" when you bite, its so old and hard. If you hit it just right and go when they just cooked a batch of chicken, you get some edible food. Its all down hill from there until they sell the last 10 hour old piece.

He ido tres veces ese lugar y siempre he tenido una mala experiencia y por el drive thru es peor, hoy me dieron la orden equivocada y cuando la revise ya estaba en mi casa. KFC me encanta y a mis niños pero el personal de ese restaurant en específico es ineficiente.

I just came from there with my fiancé and kids and the lady for our order wrong multiple times wasnt listening very well then she charged $5 for popcorn chicken and $3 for a go cup that comes with fries didnt make any sense. My son asked for Sierra Mist and instead got nasty soda that tasted like non filtered water with bubbles. Worse experience ever

The staff have no typical service industry tone. They either sound annoyed or bored, and its a bummer of a place to interact with staff. I wish they had even an ounce of customer service positivity. Never a "welcome" or "thank you" even if I say it and the end of the transaction.

Nobody in drive thru, nobody in store. Yet Im the only potential customer standing at the register for five minutes. They all looked at me but not a soul felt like taking my order. As I walked out no effort was taken. Seriously pathetic even for a crappy fast food joint.

No matter when you ate there even if its been a day or a month or even 5 years ago. The food will always taste the same. Nothing to exciting. The workers could be a little nicer. But ehh what can you do.

It would be alot better if the employees could speak English. Im not racist but when they dont understand what youre saying. It does get annoying when they automatically start speaking Spanish to you.
